    Ew. That's disgusting.

  4. Fair play to the developers for doing something new. There is already a customer review on the UK store. 3 out of 5.
4 tracks, 3 bugs to choose from. No accelerometer control- hold left side of screen to turn left and vice versa for right. No power-ups. Slightly too "slidey" control. Good otherwise.
That's the opinion of the reviewer don't forget- not my own.

    Maybe Gummi Bear Racing :p

  6. A bit of a wasted opportunity. Why is there nothing to collect along the way? What about collecting bread crumbs and sweets along the way to boost your speed for example? I am sure all those gamers dying to play a bug racing game will be sorely disappointed.

i know so man repetitive game
    but hey thats business
i guess in the end its comes down to graphics, features and developers...
for example gameloft over DS Effects

Not really. I thought it was a lot of fun. I played it a little last night. i think it's tough enough without having to collect things. It would be fun that way though.

I think it's worth $2 if you want a casual game... an extremely weird casual game.

  9. What I want to know is, do they leave skid marks on the track?

    That review was me :)
It's pretty good, but you'd expect accelerometer control as standard really.
Oh, and by too slidey, i mean that the bugs slide a lot while going round corners.
Give it a few updates, and i'm sure it will get better, just a few more bugs/tracks to choose would be enough.

iPhone developers cease to amaze me and this is just another thing, although admittingly the graphics are good. If I see one more Sudoku game on top of the 95 others ill be pretty annoyed. Sudoku isnt even that popular so developers stop cashing in on some old fad and make a proper game. Back onto the subject now...

  12. Hello Eng. Yes you'd at think that accelerometer control would have at least been an option.
I guessed that's what you meant by 'slidey'.
Welcome to the forum (another one from the UK- Yay!)

I played it a little more and I'm bit irritated with the controls. The bugs move fine, but the devs seemed to have forgotten that the iPhone screens have multitouch. If you're turning left and quickly try to move right, you have to completely let off the left button, or you won't turn. You'll either go straight or you'll keep turning left. There are a ton of hazards in the game, so not turning when you need to is frustrating.

It's definitely fixable. I'm sure it was just an over sight. It's still a neat game.
