Hi New player with a few questions here: If I'm attacked by another player... Will my barbarians participate in the defense? If I have a building being upgraded and it gets destroyed, will the upgrade resume after the battle or will I have to re-start the upgrade? Thanks
Only troops on your clan castle donated by your clan can defend against attacks. No your upgrade will still resume after an attack, but buildings such as towers and barracks won't function while upgrading.
So if I get attacked and my buildings are destroyed are they gone forever, or do I just repair them and they're back to normal? If repair, how much does that cost? What are the repercussions if you get attacked and lose? Buildings destroyed and loss of gold? Thx, just starting.
They repair themselves. It costs nothing. You will lose gold/elixir if one or more of your mines/storage containers/etc gets hit, though.
Thanks! One more question, finally read the TA review (which would have answered my first question), and it made it seem that if I didn't attack anyone I wouldn't be attacked. Is that true or am I automatically put in pvp when my initial shield runs out?
Wait for your shild runs out, build your base, focus on resource harvesters and defence (walls help greatly on every stage of the game), do not attack. When the shield is gone - attack for the resources. Do not rush for getting golden cups though: you will be overwhelmed by higher level players.
I've found that hoarding resources works too. I have centered all my defenses around my resources, but throwing my town hall in the farthest corner away from the castle. Most people will take the free trophies and leave your main base alone.
Wow, really enjoying this. Wish I would've tried it out sooner but better late than never! Does TA have an active clan or no?
Holy moly, left for lunch for an hour and got attacked 4 times, and I haven't attacked anyone today! Anyway, my defense held and so now I'm up to 288 trophies, so that much closer to hopefully joining the toucharcade clan. Btw, the most damage anyone did was 44% and no one took my TH, so I was surprised to see that I had a 12 hour shield. Happy to have it but I thought I had to get destroyed to get one?
You know you're a huge Classh of Clans fan when you see this at the Lego store in Downtown Disney and your first thought is "clash on!" And you see this as a battle between a dragon & barbarian...LOL.
Why TA2? We have just surpassed TA as the original and best TA1 clan have just taken 1st spot And for all those who play and want a decent clan join us Why can't I attach a picture?
