I'm glad you caught this, but unfortunately too late. Others here are saavy to what's going on as it's been going on for over a month now. I can only hope other contest throwers catch on to this before it's too late. I loved your post though, just classic!!!
i will certainly be more cautious for future competitions! Just checked if I could cancel a paypal payment but can't due to it having completed.
It appears the developer gazjm discovered the winner was using multiple toucharcade/itunes accounts to enter contests here. He wasn't able to verify it until after he issued the reward.
