That's happening on one of my devices as well. It seems like it should resolve itself any minute now, but it all depends on Apple's servers so who knows :/. It's happening with a number of games that rolled out today.

 

Naquatic, reached an unnamed stone, sorta want to name a different one but it asks everyone to name it when I pick it up...

Ok finally named one I liked. Went with the unoriginal name of "Mintystone"

I forgot to join the really good clan before this game realeased now I am in a really bad clan and all they have are 89 oil.So sad

If you guys like this kinda thing I have more I can post. I made about 100, and the developers tweaked and changed quite a few of them before they were even put in the game, maybe we can get them to show off some development stuff on here too.
