Wonder building So... I'm building a new wonder, but I'm limited by low piety. I have 100 clerics. How many do I need to get things moving?
OK, I don't know if I can explain this correctly, but I think I figured out why it looks like Im not collecting any ore when the banner says I am and the smithie keeps producing. If you have a wonder going (I do), the ore disappears really fast, faster than its even found, so it always looks like its at zero-this triggers the piety to produce as well (when there is a zero resource). I accidentally discovered this after I won a battle with a lot of ore and sat there and watched all my counters go crazy (about 10 minutes ago). Then I ramped up my miners and the metal started cranking out even though I couldn't see any ore. I am no math wiz but I think that's what's going on here. So what I thought was a previous problem is not a problem at all, just the lightning fast way this game operates. And Kudos to the devs for being so incredibly responsive to this community and their patience with us.Michael, am I on the right track here?
Ranges, Armories, and Caves? How do I unlock these? I have progressed a lot in my opinion, but I have yet to unlock these 3 for Archers, Knights, and Dragons and it is infuriating me.
Look on page 4 for the path to Archers.... the other 2, I have no clue, as I am stuck on trying to get those too.
Yeah my last building upgrade was 18h but I'm unlocking archers now. What's up with no cloud support? I can't play on my iPhone when I'm away from home because I started on my iPad....
Others have played the prerelease so they may have dragons already. That said, I am thinking the armies you fight are not the player's actual army, but rather a randomization based upon the village level. Even the smallest villages had archers but I did not unlock them until turning into a County. This was probably done to make the battles easier. I have close to 10k soldiers but pretty much all others have less than1k that I battle. This means we probably both won the battle because it appears different for each of us. Can the devs confirm this?
Building a wonder uses quite a lot of resources. Try tossing 100 workers on there and keep an eye on your resource numbers to see what is going down. If anything is going down I would suggest not starting yet and stabilize resource production first.
Ah, I see. You can control the resource drain by assigning workers. I'm barely in the black on some resources so I'll probably leave it at 0 until I can sustain 100.
From what the devs said earlier (on pg 4 of this thread), it depends on which development path you take... I started over, and was able to get ranges much much faster... my first time, I was way far away from getting them.
Um, how come all my workers get sick. I have 10 corspes but apl my herbs get used to cure em.... And i cant make any more graves...
Can't make a clan I'm really enjoying this game, but there's one problem. Whenever I try to make a clan, I get a pop-up saying "Error. Please try again later. (5)" and it's been like that for days. Does anyone else have this problem?
Sounds like you figured this out, but so everyone knows: even if your clan won't be competing with the top ones for the Weekly Contest, you still get production bonuses to your Food/Wood/Stone income by having more people in a clan! We've tried to add the more common questions, but please feel free to post here or PM me if there's a particular FAQ you think we should put on there! Oh no!! We've encountered some really weird bug where random things lead to random clan kicks. Can you tell me anything more about the circumstances leading up to this? Yep! The full upgrade chain, for those who don't mind the spoiler, is listed on our FAQ here: http://naquatic.com/civcrafter/support/ Great catch!! Fixed this for the next update You can probably have a few wonder workers with that many clerics.. but not many! It'll take hundreds (or thousands) to sustain a lot of laborers. MERC FOR SALE!! this is exactly why we wanted trophies to be persistent I hope you find a competitive clan to benefit from your piles of skulls! Check out our FAQ here for the full tech chain needed for Archers/Knights/Dragons http://naquatic.com/civcrafter/support/ See some of the other posts here... we do REALLY want to add it, but it's pretty complex with the constantly-updating realtime aspect of the game. Stay tuned... If the Civ your raiding has a way under- or over-sized army, we will do some scaling to bring it in line with where they "should" be, otherwise raiding would be very inconsistent! Exactly! Good strategy, although 100 workers could drain your resources before you even know what hit you Yep! Although I'd suggest having a couple workers going... even 1 helps (albeit very slowly), and it also gives you an indicator of which resources are getting drained the quickest
Sickness is unfortunately an unavoidable side effect of having a lot of people! Also if you have unburied corpses (which sounds to be the case?) that'll make more people sick. If your herbs are being used up, try un-assigning some Healers and/or Wonder workers until you build back a stockpile and can get more graves That's no good! And I was just able to make a clan without issue. Maybe there's something weird with the name/tag/motto you picked? Could you post the info you filled out in these fields?
So are subsequent units out right better? If I have soldiers and archers would I be better to have 10k archers or maybe 7k archers and 3k soldiers. Or any combination really just wondering if some units have a strong point over the others?
Actually, i have nobody on cure and wonder as u can see here and it always uses my herbs.... I found a bug
I am not seeingthe full tech tree here: http://naquatic.com/civcrafter/support/ I did a hard refresh.... do you use a cloud caching service maybe?
