Also the wall hack won't put you "exactly" on the other side. Sometimes you'll go through the top right and end up on the bottom right. Every level has one core. The amount of "terminals" goes up equal to the level your on. Level 6 (argghhhhh) has 6 terminals. This unfortunately means it also has 6 turrets (argggghhhh).

The best explanation of it is actually in jFND's review on AppGamer.net:

    First Official CS.One Review/

Jeff you really nailed it out of the park on this one. I really liked how you explained the sound design and visuals. It makes me want to play it and god knows I have played it way too many times already : )

You and mike can suck it!! Once I am done making my training videos, and I finish the h.g online portal I will have some actual time to play the game. Thats when your scores are going down!

Here are some samples of the portal - it runs as a native iPhone web App. Almost done!

Well Shay if you need help you can join my faction:) I'll protect you from Jeff:D Seriously though, you've crafted one hell of a game, and can't wait till the leaderboards are full of other douche's like me. Then I will Crush them!!

EDIT: @Shay and Jeff- have you guys picked a faction yet?? I didn't want to make my choice till I knew who I was throwing in with.

I'm very interested and there is no denying from Jeff's review and the videos this game is PACKED with style!

So...can we take a moment to discuss some of the game's baddies? We know about the Shield Generators and the Data.Core...but who are some of these other baddies, any unique twists to them?

Completely unrelated, in the video I see little bits of green debris left behind after some baddies are killed. Is this just fun graphical effects or are these some sort of powerups/bonuses to be collected?

I clicked on the link for the appgamer review, but it just shows a single picture and no text :(.

Thanks for the explanation on the video, that makes more sense now. Yes, are those green things powerups/healing/etc?

Look forward to seeing this hit the app store.

Well there are a lot of different baddies. There are really slow drifting red baddies, the purple baddies that split into two randomly moving little baddies, green baddies that when shot cause everything, including the sound, to warp and slow down. Then there's the active orange baddies which will chase your ass all over the place. And finally my most reviled baddy, the tracer/fighter combo. The terminals will shoot out what I believe are called "tracers" which when touched call in two "fighters" who are a serious pain in the ass to kill. You'll find yourself frantically boosting to try to get the fighters off your tail. There's also a sweeper type baddy that occurs level 5 and up that once the terminals are wiped out will circle the data core preventing you from getting close. This all adds up to a white knuckle cursing at the screen experience:D

EDIT: the green "debris" left behind is what fuels your ships bullet time.
EDIT#2 I also show nothing when clicking on the review. Jeff please help!!

Thanks! Those are some compelling and unique baddies, cool!

So is this Bullet Time fuel based in that if I gather MORE fuel before engaging it I can do it longer? Is there a way to turn it off quickly if I don't want to waste anymore time with it (while slowed I took out the couple of baddies tailing me and want to conserve the rest of the fuel for later).

EDIT: I was gonna explain it to you LordGek, but Mike there explained it well (spoken like a true #1 CS.One player, lol)

Fixed it, the link works from IE/Firefox and any other browser now :)

Hah, thanks for the compliments once again. The online portal looks sick! I was just playing around with Real Racing's online component and it's shaping up nicely, got a few features such as online leagues. By the look of it though, CS.One's might be right up there. I love how everyone who's been playing it so far are being competitive.

Not yet, but for real, after my final semester exams (which is this coming week), I will be #1, or at least top 5-10 when everyone starts flooding the leaderboards. Watch! :p

Yeah the bullet time extends as you gather the debris. A quick shake to activate, and a quick shake to deactivate. Works better than your thinking. And in the higher levels ABSOLUTELY necessary.

Thanks Jeff, if you and shay want to start a faction I'm down to join. And as far as the #1 spot, I like it so much up here I've decided to stay.....forever!:)

Haha - Mike Just a little FYI but learning to use the Advanced controller will up your scores - mainly because using a button to flick Bullet Time on and off just seams a little easier. It also allows better strafing runs on Turrets and enemies. Maybe its just my personal pref but I think it will take your scores to the next level : )

Nice man, I'll give it another shot. A button for bullet time definitely peeks my interest. I've been desperately trying to put my score up, far, far, above 1.5 mil so I don't have to constantly be checking the boards. I'm paranoid of someone topping my score:eek:

Is this Advanced Controller stuff in the initial release or something for the first update?

Initial release. I haven't played much with the advanced control so can't really comment further on differences, but apparently one interesting feature is it gives you a button to activate bullet time, which is extremely appealing.

Shay, just wondering, by 'training videos' do you mean an in-game tutorial video or just one that's going to be put up on h.grenade's site?

You can choose either Basic or Advanced controller and you can also customize a few of the user settings like Thrust and Rotation Speeds. You can also choose Airbrake or Reverse Thrust. Its all in the game now : )

I tried to include enough options that almost anyone could fly it the way they want.

Sorry Jeff, missed your reply. They will go up on the h.g site, YouTube, etc. and I might link them in game.

Awesome. Saw h.g online's interface, looks good Shay. I've decided which Faction I want to join, but I doubt I'll do any good for the team. I reached 900k+ today and that's the highest I got.

Mike, 2mil+? lol. Catch you later mate, don't think I'll be #1 anytime soon.
