    But I don't! :)
Even if a more beautiful cs.one would be another great reason.
But it already looks AWESOME! :) So, I can live with it :)

Ok what about it stays the same but with the option to improve visuals for 3gs?

Ok, Your personal robot, you win. I can't stand listening to you praise this game on a bi-hourly basis anymore, I'm just going to DL the freaking thing! :p I think I now own every single shooter in the app store! Not a bad thing by any means, just need to find some time to play them all.

I went on a wreckless app store spree this morning, and bought 6 games. :(

    east coast.... somewhere
Does this mean the update will be 3.0 exclusive or will it work on 2.2.1 and just not have the extra features?

I've been waiting for this to get the dual stick control method so I'll probably be picking it up anyway. I was just wondering.

If you spend more than ten minutes with the (perfect) controls, then you will fall in love. Promised, if not, I'll send you 99 cent :)
And I'm as app addicted as you. Damn App Store... :)

You guys don't even know whats coming. Whatever seven did he got this baby running buttery smooth, even on elite mode. I've been playing to daft punk and like I told shay, It's like a ****ing ballet!! I "dance" around the enemies, and find myself toying with the fighters. They used to stalk me, now I'm stalking them;) I even find myself going from basic control, to advanced, to dual stick quite a bit, and each is different and rewarding. I seriously had my most graceful run ever to harder, better, faster, stronger. It was truly a treat, one I can't wait for others to experience!!

EDIT: I just wanted to add that the game has taken on a new dynamic for me. I no longer chase high scores so much as perfectly executed manuvering. Nothing beats flying full speed in between a turret and a generator, blasting the **** out of the turret as you fly past at full speed only to whip around and clear out a wall of purple "splitters" that suddenly spawn right in front of your ship. I'm very close to calling this art...I know that sounds dumb, but it's just so damn beautiful.

I wish the update would come out! you're getting me all excited..can't wait to see how it plays... I wish more people would give this game a chance.. it deserves a #1 spot - best top down shooter without question

Well all I know is on my 2G touch with 3.0 with graphics set to high, I have had no lag really. Maybe when you die after a really huge run, but honestly I can't tell whether that's intentional or not, and in no way feels like a bug. If the update runs like it does for me, you have a lot to be excited about. And yes I couldn't agree more with the sentiment "BEST TOP DOWN SHOOTER WITHOUT QUESTION" It really does rival geo wars itself, and a lot of that is due to the brilliant control scheme! Shit I could go on for hours I'm so pumped. I haven't played an ipod game this much consecutively EVER!!

im not worried about lag on my 3gs ;)
The control scheme is one of the best parts about it...Its too bad to read reviews that critisize the game because of the controls, rather than putting in some effort to learn them. I see the gameplay for stuff like Isotope and it looks like garbage compared to this! I mean that in the nicest way.

well great. all this talk convinced me to buy this. I wasn't even THINKING about it.. I just decided to check out the last few pages of this thread, and next thing I know I'm 99c poorer.

I guess it's time to get owned as I learn the controls.

Let us know what you think. I'm more than willing to help anyone get the best out of this game, so if you have any questions or concerns post them here.

Any words of wisdom on the Advanced Controls? I never could get the hang of them, yet something keeps nagging me that I should be using them because they're... advanced and all. ;)

Well I never found them useful until this coming update. You can now adjust the rotation speed, air dampening, and thrust. So I'd wait till the new updates released before trying them again. It's a very "refreshing" update, so hang tight.

If I already have Isotope and am enjoying it, would you still recommend CSO?

Depends, but those that have stuck with the game, have been rewarded with a truly extraordinary experience! There is an update pending apple's approval, that really brings a lot more to the table. Personally it's a ****ing insult, that it's only .99 cents. I value this game, way more than I value a dollar!!

I personally have touched isotope ONCE after I got CS.One... Isotope just can't compare to circuitstrike in my opinion. It's a good geoclone l, but I love cs one more... Here's how I look at it...isotope is like 50 other geowars clones. Cs.one has a unique control scheme that is loads if fun once you get used to it. It also has some of the most beautiful jaw dropping graphics and effects on the iPhone.

Give it a try at least. It's something refreshing from the app store, and it's an awesome game for a buck. Get it now before the price goes up! If the price goes up, get it anyway! It's totally worth it!!!!

I thought you could adjust those in the current build.
