Universal circuit_strike.one (by h.grenade)

I found on hardcore I can get high million and low 2 mil by setting the thrust to 5 and blasting around the arena fairly quick I was able to take all of the turrets in about 45 seconds by strafing them in a big loop. Plus the ones that spawn under you aren't nearly as tricky.

 

Have you come across the fighter's yet? They don't appear in easy mode and are a pain to deal with.

 

I just had the game behave really oddly on me...it would do the whole ship lowering thing for a fresh level, but then I found myself starting in some random area of the map and when I moved around I would occasionally jump oddly for a moment and I could hear the wall crossing sound, but I would be nowhere near a wall and the background color never changed like I'd just warped.

 

Yup. Se7en mentioned that some pages back.

Yay, I made it to #1 in the leaderboards! (damn, I'm #2 now)

I've been playing for 1 1/2 hours, and I feel I have got my moneys worth.

Congratulations to the developers, and I hope they do very well with the game.

I have also come across a few bugs and problems:

• I die quite a bit due to the iPhone losing touches after you drag off the screen, and so suddenly you can't turn, or no thrust no longer works.
  
  To be fair, this is a problem with the iPhone in general, which also affects this game.
• The vector font is very hard to read
• The boss energy bar is very hard to see
• It is annoying to be killed by an enemy spawning under you
• Bug where I would start a level in the same position I finished the previous level
• Possible bug where I have reached l3g3nd status, and the game is claiming that there is no next level (nxt_lvl_@ 0, xp req 0)

 

Past network 10, this game will crash.

I was on a high scoring run just now and got past network 10. As soon as the turrets fire, they will crash the game due to the intense speed at which they fire.

Therefore I wasn't able to submit my latest score to the online scoreboards. But I did manage to take a screenshot for proof.

Are you also having the problem of no level past legend?

Also, have you unlocked extreme yet? I'm finding it very hard to clear level 5 of the medium difficulty.

Yeah I've gotten to level 8 on hardcore, but there's no point in playing the higher difficulty as it took me a while to be able to throw up 3,000,000 on hardcore, and people playing on easy are posting twice that....

 

Hah, that's massive. Good work, try racking up some points on Hardcore, I wanna see how far you can get 'cause I can't get past level 6 on that.

 

I top out at about 2.9mil on Hardcore at the moment unfortunately!

But it's that hardcore training that pushed me to go as far as I did on easy.

I'm probably going to play Easy up until the crashing level then intentionally suicide just to get on the scores. Then beat it by trying to play Hardcore.

I know Shay wanted to limit Easy mode and the scores you can get on it. It looks like he's already unintentionally done it.

 

Damn, I just got the bug where you don't get put back to the bottom when you finish a level, and this time there was another copy of my ship on the level as well.

Looks like the game was released a bit early.

 

I've had that multiple times now, it's really really annoying.

What's REALLY annoying is when you get shot and destroy the data core at exactly the same time.

You get put on an infinite loop of death until game over.

 

I wonder how you earn XP?

Valley and le'deuche both have many hours more play time than me, but less XP.

 

Yeah I was just saying that, I've got nearly all the acheivements in the game as well

 

I don't know, my EXP is capped.
