This brings back some memories. I played this for hours on my PC years ago. Despite being a much more hardcore gamer at the time, it had me hooked. I'll have to try this new iteration and see if it retains the charm of the original! Raptisoft likes this. I vaugely remember playing Chuzzle, but not enough to know how similar this one is aside from the main movement mechanic. That said, I'm hooked way more than I expected. I always assumed it was Popcap since they published it and it was so polished. I'm loving this sequel so far, so thank you for creating it for us! Raptisoft likes this. Yep, sometimes people think it's weird that one day it's wizards and skeletons, then the next day it's pink gummy things and fuzzy furballs. Anyway, I hope you like it! I will be updating with some new game types and other cool stuff in the upcoming weeks, so watch for new versions, and for God's sake, tell someone this app exists, because it's almost completely undiscoverable right now. fiskadoro, Jerutix and raravan like this. fiskadoro Well-Known Member Jan 1, 2009 326 17 18 Chicago, IL #6 fiskadoro, Dec 22, 2018 Last edited: Dec 22, 2018 I'm enjoying it so far! I'm a little fuzzy on what happens to the Chuzzles you collect if they're not fed etc. I like the different modes and sometimes it does get tricky! The different levels give a nice sense of progress and though there are multiple paths, my only complaint would be having to finish off a level I really can't get my head around (like the green puzzle ones) if it was the only way to get past the world! I've managed to unlock Zen mode, and I can't wait to unlock Classic mode -- always my favorite in the original. It's cool you added the ability to poke/prod the Chuzzles again... If I can make one suggestion, it'd be that this game absolutely cries out for haptic feedback on newer devices -- and there are very few games where that's used well -- but here it'd be perfect! Igoo Well-Known Member Dec 14, 2008 586 1 18 #7 Igoo, Dec 22, 2018 What a fantastic, light-hearted game that both honors the classic and finds new ways to make it fun! Excellent job! Please let us know how we can help spread the word for you. FYI, it appears the poking and prodding technology in the latest update isn’t working. And I’ve tried a bunch of secret codes with no luck yet... any hints? Thanks!! fiskadoro Well-Known Member Jan 1, 2009 326 17 18 Chicago, IL #8 fiskadoro, Dec 22, 2018 By the way... I'm getting some game crashes after completing a challenge and returning back to the level screen. Not sure if you're aware of this. It only started happening since the last update. kaspalone likes this. Every time i complete the task for a new chuzzle challenge, it crashes. An i mean, every time. Also, i know it's Xmass and all, but the add removal price it's a lil steep. for half the price i would have paid with no hessitation. At the current price, is a no-no for me. Think about it. Hamsterball was part of my grade school years and I loved Solomon's Keep. I did not play Chuzzle but I'm totally going to buy this (the IAP I mean) to support the developer! squashy Well-Known Member Jan 21, 2013 1,997 1 38 *burp* The Garden of Sinners #15 squashy, Dec 30, 2018 Man, the App Store search function is weird. I tried typing "Chuzzle" in and Chuzzle 2 was NOWHERE to be seen. It only showed when I used additional keywords like "Chuzzle 2", and I think "Chuzzle deluxe" was suggested too. Anyway, this is a very charming game. It has that pre-Steam 2000s PC minigame vibe. The game is very pick-and-play, the mechanics are easy to learn, and the graphics, while not fancy like what the current hardware can support, are super cute and fluffy (raising these little furballs in the Chuzzarium is a treat!) Personally, I like how well designed the difficulty curve is. I have also unlocked the Zen mode even tho I have no idea how that happened lol ellyd New Member Jul 1, 2019 1 0 1 Female #16 ellyd, Jul 1, 2019 I've bought all the exra rooms and as much food and accessories as I can fit. If I sell some of the toys, is there any chance there will be new accessories I can buy? (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
