For an action RPG? Sure it is. Most you only get to control one character (eg zenonia, zelda, ect) This however is more like Secret of Mana and allows control of 3 characters at once and from my understanding you can customize and equip all of them. That combined with 6 classes will make a lot of replay value. For an iDevice it is certainly a first.
Seriously? I think it's a perfect number. Four on the iPod Touch's screen would too cluttered and two in any situation would just be too awkward.
No. I misunderstood something. I thought you can only control 1 player at the same time which is choosen out of 3. But if you can play 3 characters at the same time, 3 is a great number...
What they said is that you manually control one character at a time the AI controls the other two. If you need to make one of the AI controlled characters do something manually you tap their portrait and switch control to them, now the character you were controlling is now controlled by the AI. You can switch at any time. This system sounds almost exactly the same as Secret of Mana on the SNES platform. It worked great there and I think it will work great here. Check out the screen shots to see the 3 person party. So excited about this game.
