App info is currently processing and/or the app is not yet fully available for sale on the US App Store.
This app isn't out in the UK store. Tried searching for it after reading about it on Gizmodo, and following the link you gave. Which is a shame because it could be a cool way of finding apps. Don't suppose anybody knows if the developer is going to release it outside the US?
