I noticed "胡莱三国" and a couple other apps are now in the top10 GROSSING in the US app store. I assume this is not bots, since it is actual grossing rankings, not just downloads. its also not an overnight sensation: http://www.appannie.com/app/450992999/ranking/history/ is this 'cos chinese iPhone owners are somehow registering for the US app store (with a US credit card?) or what is going on?! also this title: 掌上三国 http://www.appannie.com/app/463720838/ranking/history/ WTF?! are these games good enough that people can play without reading, or is the revenue just off the charts for the few gamers that are playing?
Hi and welcome to TA A similar comment was posted in the iPhone section with the game Corpse Party which is japanese only right now. There are a lot of people outside of China (or Japan) which are able to speak/understand the language and I guess there shouldn't be any problems with it. It's the decision of the company which is offering this product in this language only if it's worth it or not. So what?
