I don't really use it for chat.. And I don't know if I want it to be open for other apps I kind of want them to only let in certain apps :\ But that's just me, so I don't have to buy all the apps for plus to stay in the loop with challenges and leaderboards and such.
Well obviously there would be a filter, like DS Effect wouldnt be allowed =D But still OpenFeint is doing pretty well even though some of their game support is messy, like some dont have achievements but are still on the network..... wth

Seconded, open feint is too sloppy, why cant chillingo join plus+, now devs will be split between the two. WHY!?!
Crystal sounds pretty cool. If it looks any better than Plus+ and is available to all devs then this should be flippin sweet! I wonder if it will have it's own app to organize your profile, friends, and chat.
I don't use the chat in OpenFeint. But still, this pisses me off a bit. App Store needs a standardized social networking app. Required by all games willing to make the effort to be included, just like Xbox 360. Yeah I know this is a bit of a pipe dream, I don't really care though.
Not sure if Cloudcell is exactly a competing solution, but aren't you forgetting at least AGON and Scoreloop?
Also Geocade is missing there. They are (in alfabeticall order) AGON Online Cloudcell - this seems pretty closed to devs Crystal Geocade OpenFeint Plus+ Scoreloop
