I believe all murderers should be put in an incinerator. No, I'm serious. But capital punishement doesn't really work well, and theres always those people who are tagged for murder and happen to be innocent. Justice is a 19 way street.
I also ask about the age of the 'child'. If they are young, then I do believe they deserve a second chance. If they are something like 15 onwards, they they should definitely get a punishment.
