Was checking on this periodically during the "sale", all I ever seen was the "still being modified" window.
It's annoying, but maybe next time they'll bother to have the sale long enough to sell a few copies here.
More about timing than patience, but then my patience is getting a little worn as well. Although I like chess and the game has been brought to my attention from these hourly sales, I'm not willing to buy it full price because of these type of sale shenanigans.
don't know why i felt compelled to get this but since I happen on this site and saw that it's free again I snagged it in the off chance i might actually play it. Is this any good compared to the other chess games?

Ok, i am a solid chess player and i have to say i am not too impressed. On my first run, i beat the thing in 1 min! In general, the AI keeps making fatal mistakes.
