So I was wandering around the internet when a thought came to my head; is there some way to see websites as they were 5/10 years ago? Well, after some searching, you can! And it's brilliant. It's called the Wayback Machine on Archive.org. Here are some awesome examples: TouchArcade Forums June 2008 Back when TouchArcade was a ghost town. You can even click on articles and go on other pages just like it was a live site. However, some websites don't work as well as others. Microsoft/Ebay to name a few. You can do your own searches here: http://www.archive.org by entering a URL in the Wayback Machine box. Have fun and post your findings below!
There was a great article a while ago that rounded up a bunch of sites and looked at their evolution. Amazon.com was a pretty good one.
