Damn it I forgot i need to unlock the special genes :/ I've only completed one dungeon treasure set. I can't even make that broken combo.

Those show up at levels below 40 in the Sunken City, Ruined Battleship, World Tree areas, if I recall correctly.
Does anyone know how the gold chests spawn? I was trying to finish a sheet for a dungeon but then the gold chests stopped appearing. Went to the same spot 5 times in a row and nothing. I thought it was random but now I can't tell.
Sorry for so many newbie questions I got Marie and Lugh to combine into Iseult I can find the Snow Tiger but there is no Trade, do I need to make Marie from some other gene instead? Thanks again

Some gold chests appear in the same spot, some don't. Try a different spot. Some areas have chests in two different spots. For example, one gold chest appears in the castle and the others appear near the chocolate fountain in Lollipop Labyrinth.

I did that as well. I accidentally deleted a 100+ hr save file and I had to start over. So I started over in January 2013.
Apprently there is a content update coming called episode 5 that new max level is 200 and ultra rare gene cards and continues the story :0 take it with a grain of salt
I'm having difficulty with the Ripper quest. I can't find the guy in the ruined battleship despite restarting the quest twice. Does anyone recall where he is? Thank you

Yup. You have to go all the way to end of the Ruined Battleship area in the screen right before you enter the actual ship for the first time. You will need to ride a raptor. In that last screen, there is usually a gold chest on the right. You will have to ride that raptor over the river into a small island on the left. You will notice a silver glint on the floor in that island.
