What are the best genes to have for end game/last boss? Any tips?

For end game bosses, there's an easy way to win every battle. You can use:
    Iseult [Snow Tiger/Trade Skills]
    Arrianhod (or another healer)
    Heavy damage dealer

The last slot I use is usually either:
    Kenshin [Magnum Fang/Critical Booster Skills]
Shizuka Gozen [Magnum Fang/Magic Block Skills]
John Doe [Magnum Fang/Physical Booster Skills]
    Gilgamesh (for Physical Resist bosses)

The idea is to put the heavy damage dealer genes on Leary with her 6-hit weapon which you can modify with Two-Headed Spinal Fluid to increase the Break rate. This basically always maxes out the break meter after each attack (which means bosses do less damage). Then you can use Iseult to whittle away 10% of the bosses' HP every turn while having Arrianhod on healing to make sure your party survives.
Having Magnum Fang with Snow Tiger (guaranteed Critical Attack) also means that you hit off Arts Ascendants quite frequently.

This method works on every boss except
    Adam
. For that fight, you'll need a special team made for him as he can cast a number of debuffs and reflects magic. I believe people in the thread have discussed earlier that they used triple Kenshin (all with Magnum Fang) and various other heritage skills such as Beautiful Rain to survive its many attacks.

I really think Kishibojin deserves more credit. No gene (except the pain-in-the-ass-to-obtain Gilgamesh) can contest its nuking capabilities and its also available early game.

    My personal build:
Leary with +40 Break Heart Stealer II
Gene: Wagner - Magnum Fang, Crit First Attack
    MC with +140% Fire Weapon
Gene: Kishibojin - Adv Cremation, Concentrate, Fire Booster, Magic Booster, Att Affection
Elroux with +140% Light Weapon (Holy Mother)
Gene: Arhianrod - really just used for item tossing and Adv Mana nuking (give light booster)

Turn 1: Leary Magnum, Elroux Angry Face on MC, MC Concentrate
Turn 2: Leary Crit Normal Attack, Elroux Gamma Knife, MC Adv Cremation
Turn 3: Finish off the boss

You can wait another turn and toss in an ice lotion before attacking but since lotions have to be farmed i prefer this and then another turn of attacking.

With the right weapon and setup, the turn 2 Advanced Cremation will usually take away about 70-90 percent of the boss HP, at which point spamming just spells can kill it the next turn. Note that this method is useless against bosses that negate or absorb fire (Archdemon of Gluttony, Forbidden Monster F) but man the sheer power is enough to contest Forbidden Monster G which recovers 10k HP a turn, managed to kill it without poisoning.

Um. I haven't seen the Eggon quest since I shuffled about a day ago. I am pretty sure I died before I finished the quest, but in the case I had accidentally finished it, would the Eggon quest appear again?

You can do the Eggon quest every 24 hours. I guess you could keep shuffling quests until you get it.

    Thanks.
Also does anybody have a skills gift list? There is a list for all the gifts already. But I want t know which specific skills have gifts. For example I like Asura Lotus but after searching and asking apparently there is no Asura lotus gift.

Yes, but it's pretty rare. Keep completing quests and shuffle...it will come around eventually

You can change the date on your device to the months that have the gene box with the Athena gene in it. Athena is in the June and December gene boxes.

On average, a Magma Ocean run takes about 1 and a half hours. After you get
    Darts
, it should take significantly less time (around 1 hour). It's still quite tedious and you shouldn't do it until post-game skill farming.

GP is for buying GP boxes, which have random genes and other items/gifts in them. You get GP by playing everyday.

So I had a quest which required the Lily Bell and I accepted it and now I lost my Lily Bell. How can I get it back? I've went back to the same place multiple times but I cannot get Lily Bell to respawn. Is there anything I can do, I can't progress in the game since I'm stuck on the A rank "Mother" quest and it's required to move the story forward. Would really appreciate the help!

I've literally tried everything at this point. I've gone back 5 times it won't spawn back. I read that it spawns once a day according to the system time, does that mean I have to wait a full 24 hours just to progress?
