Earth Orb is +40 Earth Attack - got these from Parasite/Mock World Trees at lv101+, forgot which exactly. Looks like Orbs might be the top end weapon attachment, being +40%

Daisuke is voiced by the guy who does Touma from Index, Atsushi Abe, not Eren (Yuki Kaji); I immediately recognized him the moment he opened his mouth. You are right about Mc, Matsuoka (Kirito) is voicing a TON of characters lately. Leary is also Saten from Railgun, Elsie from TWGOK, and others. Elroux is probably the least known of the cast, Yui Ogura: voiced Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi from Hentai Prince, Kuroneko's younger sister from OreImo, Toki from Saki, and Chris from Cross Ange, and more. She's been getting a lot of roles lately, so she isn't that unknown anymore. Al, Dorothy, Delacroix, etc are also well known and popular. Yeah, this game has a lot of well known seiyuu, that's for sure. Must've spent a fortune gathering all this talent together.
The VA for Al should get more credit. He's Leorio from HxH, Ali Al Saachez from Gundam 00, Ladd Russo from Baccano!, The Dad/Satan from Blue Exorcist, Togane Sakuya from Psycho Pass 2... and hundreds of roles, primarily villains Reno from FF7 Advent Children, Axel from Kingdom Hearts o.o It's nice seeing him get a good guy role in this game. Oh and speaking of Al. His first gene is Hitchcock. Alfred Hitchcock, get it? XD

CR1 has Junichi Suwabe, Marina Inoue, Sayaka Ohara, Hiro Shimono, Nobuhiko Okamoto, Kana Hanazawa, Asami Seto, and Shinichiro Miki. CR Omega has Hiroaki Hirata, TesshÅ Genda, Atsuko Tanaka, Minako Kotobuki, Aki Toyosaki, and Takahiro Sakurai. CR2 has Yuuichi Nakamura, Tomokazu Sugita, Haruka Tomatsu, Romi Park, Hiroki Yasumoto, Miyuki Sawashiro (she's in CR3 too, as Dorothy), Minori Chihara, and Yosuke Akimoto. If you watch anime, there's a pretty high chance you've heard at least some of these people before, even if you don't know their names.

Physical healer is Kenshin with Crit Boost replaced by Advanced Heal(all) Spellcasters are Goemon's group with Element Boost learned through colosseum gift and Emperor Mode + Concentrate (or In the Pink) I guess healer would be to replace Concentrate/In the Pink with Advanced Heal(all) Oh and Gilgamesh Build Keep Adv Light and Dark, Magic Boost. Teach Berserk Catalyst, Tachyon Catalyst, Light and Dark Boost, Concentrate Use with Main/Elroux's 100% weapons

There's a Yellow variant that normally i give to Leary(White for Elroux) called 'Killer Hipline'(Phys. +30%/Mag. -30%), There's 'Artifact'(Phys. +30%/Mag. -30%) on the MC & 'Cataclysm Armor'(Phys. +20%/Mag. -20%) on Al. I think they're from [November 16, 2015 : Defeat Ambriel Gold (Neutral) > Armor (Phy +20% Mag -20%)]
Well i was thinking of the combination to passes genes, not the result itself, like the best way you found to give magnum + crit boost to kenshin for example (guess it's involving Wagner) , ie : your formulas to get best results it can be a long trip before giving the skills you want to some genes (guess for some it's more complicated : ie : giving heritage skills to arianrhod , can she be recombined somehow with x + y genes ? etc )
Fuse Wagner with Rapunzel then fuse result with some other gene where the result if fused with Alistair gives Kenshin. And to figure which genes to use I copy my save file and buy a bunch of boxes to plan it out.
