Well, I just finished the game and i must say, it was AWESOME! And the game has a nice mechanic in which you can return in time to different chapters to take different paths without having to start over, that is a big plus! I won`t say anything about the ending, because it`s too soon, and i want to avoid any kind of spoilers! All in all, I really recommend this to everyone!
It took me 17 hours ! But i did quite a lot of sidequests and leveling, and gathering and talking to everyone with each character! I really can`t say how long would it take to complete just the main story, but i think that a lot less! Tip: you can do all the Piu-Piu sidequests after the main story, but i wouldn`t skip any of the dialogue or library books, because it adds to the story and it is worth it!
Ok. So, I've leveled up one team to the max. And the Level Cap is 100. I'm at 56% or so on achievements. So, I just need to finish the rest of those and get 100% completion.
I don`t think you can get 100% now! I`ve already done everything and i`m only at 95%! Maybe a little more grinding on treasure chests in case i`ve missed an item! But i still have 2 black piu piu quests that are not accesable! Maybe after the updates!
I'm at about 73% finished now. I don't know what black Piu-Piu chests are. I'll see if those turn up later. I just need to go back and complete the other chapter parts. I'm at somewhere around 29 hours now. lol
Not chests! When you go at the 3 girls and press check i have the last one bottom row, and last one top row in black, that means i can`t access them: 1.The Rogue Panda Returns!-I think this has sth to do with the panda brothers 2.Starring Yours Truly! Anyway, when I check it appears only 52% of the piu piu quests are completed, which means the rest will come in the update! I too invested a lot of time in this game, 28 hours
I'll put this in spoilers, and I have already completed those 2 P.U.B Missions already. The way I finished them is what I'll put in spoilers. Don't look unless you want to know. lol: Spoiler 1.) You have to make sure you have defeated every Panda member from the 8 areas. Then you'll be able to go to the mission on the P.U.B board and it'll tell you their hideout is in The Allseeing Eye. Then go there to defeat the Panda King, Panda Queen, and Panda Prince. I think it says Level 70 is recommended. 2.) After beating the Panda Team, that will unlock Yours Truly on the P.U.B board. Then you'll face Piu-Piu, Level 100 recommended as he is Level 100. Then I'll let you see what happens after you beat him. I really enjoyed that part. lol
I played and really enjoyed Chaos Rings, bought Omega but never really played it too much. Is Chaos Rings 2 another Arena Battle game, even worse so do I have to replay the same Arena with different characters (something I never finished in Chaos Rings)? Tempting to buy this one, but I'd like to hear that the Choas Rings mechanic has been at least expanded this time.
This is also what's putting me on the fence. Is the game world based on the arena or is it now like the later Final Fantasy games where you go around the world?
Finally got 100% on Scenarios. The P.U.B, I think still says 56%. they are probably going to add to that. I don't know. I cropped out the scenarios percentage and combined it with my playtime, so it'd take up less room. I still need to collect more weapons and develop more Sopia. To get the rest of the GameCenter achievements.
Basically you stay in one place, like a base I guess, then you go to other areas/ levels, then end up coming back to the "base". So you're not exactly running all over the place.
Well I took the plunge and bought Chaos Rings II. So far, after about 1.5-hours I'm really quite impressed. The story line is really interesting and I'll admit has pulled me in so far. I've completed Chaos Rings and have played Omega and this title is a very nice sequel. I really like how Chaos Rings II has addressed the "issues" I had with Chaos Rings and even better drives the series forward. Really love the "summon" spells are back. Gives it a very FFVIII feel. Overall Square has elevated the iOS premium JRPG game experience with Chaos Rings II. Overal Chaos Rings fans will love this. Those new to the series will find an incredibly solid, so far enthralling JRPG experience here. I really can't believe what Square has pulled off here. Very nice.
