Aw, it was sounding credible until you pulled out the 'deluded fanboy' defense. And it was so close...
The English language has ways of conveying what you are expressing without making you sound like a jerk. In fact, your second attempt was much better. You don't have to repeat "in my opinion" or "for me"; you can simply use terms that convey how you feel about something rather than categorize it. Saying that you "hate" a particular kind of game is far more accurate and incontrovertible than saying a game is "sucky." Sorry to make a big deal about it -- happens to be a pet peeve of mine.
im not experinced in this issue...but any game you will play for a n hour or two you nust have a charger beside you
My 2g touch gets a lot of use and was bought September 2008 so my battery most likely holds around 70% of its original full charge. After 1h:37m play I was down to 40% so I estimate somewhere between 2½ and 3 hours before shutdown. I would imagine newer devices would get 3½ to 4.
...or to gain experience, from y'know, experiencing combat. Making the boss fights less of a challenge. The FF games with pre-rendered 2D backgrounds are my favourites, same goes for the Resident Evil series
I am literally counting the hours until this releases. And no, I am not a SE fanboy. Aside from FF1 for iphone I have never finished a FF game in my life.
Hopefully this won't disappoint Price isn't that high when you're used to the higher prices on other platforms.
I don't have a job....and I'm not gonna complain I've had an untouched itunes gift card just waiting for this game! But all the talk of which is faster has left me with a question; which is faster, itouch 2g or late 2009 itouch 3g 64 gig?
I was always under the assumption it wasn't that much faster, glad I found this out as I'm about to get a job Lets keep the impressions coming you lucky Kiwis! Counting the hours
You can't see the difference by playing match-3, scoops or labyrinth. But once you start up Need For Speed or other 3D-heavy games, you'll see a huge difference. Framerate, performance, loading time, responsiveness.
Would it be worth it to buy one within the next few months or should I wait for the itouch 4g assuming one will come out?
Great to login to TA and see this beauty out and hitting U.S. soil in several hours. Hope everyone is enjoying it so far because I'm sure I will. Looking forward to as many solid impressions possible til then.
never was a final fantasy fan and really disliked the movie (was it related?) but this game looks very good - I hope they come out with an iPad version!
If you have a 2G and a new one is coming this Summer (as everyone seems to be guessing), then no, it's not worth it. If you were on a 1st gen iPod Touch, then it would be a different story, but even then it would make more sense to wait a few months. Keep in mind that Apple tends to price new devices at the same price as the previous gen.
Didn't all the previous generations come out in September, not summer though? And I'm always behind the 8-ball with apple products since I usually keep my ipods until they crash and burn.
