FWIW, I'm not finding the boss battles especially easy. I'm in the third dungeon and ma characters are at level 21.

Yes, I find that really neat as it allows the gameplay of other pairs to go specially faster, and allowing to enjoy more of the storyline.
hm Question how many characters are playable? I mean I know their is 5 couples but are only 4 playable?
*SPOILER SPOILER*i finished the game as Esher and the girl. I did it all the way for those who know what I am talking about. But I don't get how the door where you see the prehistoric Earth and the ending where they go fight the Qu'ran or whatever you call it are connected. Anyone mind to shed some light on that

You have to finish the game as all four groups to get the real ending. All four characters need to be completed in their entirety.
Can someone clarify why there are different level selections for each zone? Are you suppose to go back and grind a bit or am I missing something?
anyone else having (i assume) a bug that stops them getting random encounters? i've gone through like 5 levels with only the half way and end bosses to attack. i can't seem to get random fights. it's strange because i got them for the first level, but not since.
