Got my Escher and chica up to Level 15 and am currently up to the Olgac and his wife challenge. Whats the best way or strategy to defeat them? Any easy ways?
The story only really gets going once you complete the first couple's storyline. If you haven't completed that and you're finding the story a bit lacklustre then wait till you get to the end.
I agree completely. I think the puzzles are a fun addition, and there's just enough of them to break up the normal gameplay.
Im still enjoying the first Story with Escher and Musiea. It's pretty epic for me. But Nevermind on asking whats a good strategy on the Olgac and his wife challenge. I guess with my level really high, they just end up defeating theirselves basically.
Something I'm finding strange is that (endgame spoilers) only some of the boss fights scale with your level. When I was fighting Eluca and Zhamo (with Escher and Musiea) at level 21 I was having some trouble, so I went and leveled up to level 26 and came back. Then I saw that they were level 26 as well. After beating them, I gained two levels to lvl 28 and went to fight the Agent straight away. To my surprise, he was only level 25, and I was able to beat him easily. I think all the boss fights need to be scaled to the player's level. Highlight to read.
Here's the pic I was talking about. Someone should start a puzzle collection thread because I'm sure this won't be the last puzzle help request. =p Also there's more to the end and the only way I can show the rest is to move blocks around, which would alter the original pattern. =\
Goddamn candlestick puzzles, I was going fine until these bastards showed up. Passed the first one, can't get the 2nd one Also I think I've leveled up too much, I'm at lvl 45 with about 7000HP and going against the 41-50 but it feels like they're barely putting up a fight. Same with the bosses, after I defeated that giant turtle its been smooth sailing & I've got so much money I have nothing to spend it on (300,000 OZ)
Move the first one (middle block) straight up, go into the little corner you just created, grab the other 2 middle blocks & slide them back to the far left end. Done
All these talk on bosses with too low LV. But what happened to me was, I was at LV 28, unlocked Bereshith Road, and decided to go back to the earlier worlds to grind a little. So I chose Clashing Grounds LV 31-40, breezed through the 1st half, leveled up by 1, and was about to faced the mid-boss. I unlocked a barrier (wasn't there when I ran through the first time) and out came a boss of LV 77!! I was crushed within a couple exchanges. Nobody else got that? So what was that all about?!
They're hidden bosses I think, although I haven't encountered any Does anybody know what the star system on each 'area' means? I'm assuming its asking you to complete each area with each difficulty level but I'm not sure
I swear I am not the owner of this site, but I think this is on the right track in terms of keeping everything collected and organized. http://chaosringsguide.webs.com/ Still far from complete but I see the potential.
Ah I see, makes sense, hidden bosses. I think star is for difficulty levels, if I'm not wrong ypr talked about getting all stars after replays on highest level. Ah yes, here. @zergslayer69: Good find.
Hi guys, someone mention the dungeon bosses does not level up but mine seems to level up to the same level as my characters (even if i pick level 1 -10, my boss was level 23 similar to my character) ... so what's the point of picking level 1 -10 if the bosses seems to go beyond the level you pick ?
Just to let everyone know getting 108% scenario completion gets you a cool new title screen. I have all gene mastered and completed all their is to complete, ask away!
So is there any particular order I should play then couples? I've beaten it with the first two so far.. But I'm wondering if I should playwoth olgar or ayuta next... Anyone that beat the while game care to share their order?
Ayuta is the weakest couple by far. I beat the game and secret last boss with him last. I just went from left to right on my completion order. I personally thought escher's storyline was best.
