just want to know the statistics. I completely forget the way to figure out the number of combinations possible.
I'm pretty sure you could just take the number of characters in a code, multiply it by 36, and square it. ??? on the squaring part. It may be cubing, or unsure?
1/36 x 1/36 x 1/36 x 1/36 x 1/36 x 1/36 x 1/36 x 1/36 x 1/36 x 1/36 x 1/36 x 1/36 1/4.73838134 × 10^18 Can somebody back me up on this? I am not totally confident.
Can you please stop posting this crap? It's getting ridiculous, didn't you join yesterday? And you have that many posts? Ugh.
I believe it would be 36 to the power of 12... Or 4.738381338 * 10^18... 4 738 381 338 000 000 000 4 quintillion, 738 quadrillion, 381 trillion, 338 billion. Different wording for British.
Great! Now divide that number by the numberof apps in the (appstore x 50) + extras - those already used. Then we get a percent, right?
