    just want to know the statistics. I completely forget the way to figure out the number of combinations possible.

    I'm pretty sure you could just take the number of characters in a code, multiply it by 36, and square it.

    ??? on the squaring part. It may be cubing, or unsure?

    4 738 381 338 000 000 000
    4 quintillion, 738 quadrillion, 381 trillion, 338 billion.

    Great! Now divide that number by the numberof apps in the (appstore x 50) + extras - those already used. Then we get a percent, right?
