Axeman is exceptional so is corrupter Try not to double up on a particular hero too much Clerics help u get 2-3 stars in solo for eazy farming
actually i think its AI; hence why it yields less currency at the end of battle than normal PvP. However, i dont know if the AI picks a random players line-up and just controls it. Also, as mentioned by others I am getting a good amount of disconnects too. I assume they are working on this before they release worldwide; current servers probably wouldn't be able to handle all that load.
axeman and corrupters are next on my list to get, then clerics. I do love the bandit though; range attacker with fast energy regen is very handy. She's one of the few i doubled up on. I did get the knight and haven't been too wowed by him. He is great for board position/control, but thats about it. Anyone have any good strategies?
Still have a long way to farm lolz. Just tried Archer, Axeman, Bandit each on team. Agree with the Bandit for fast regen but quite hard to use the final skill on her. Has anyone tried Sorceress yet?
Since she regens fast, i typically put her on a quick regen spot, then she can easily get her middle and final skills quick. She can stay long with deflect and shoot off the final skill quicker. Its nice when it hits multiple targets, but if it doesn't, she still gets extra reach to hit something 3 squares away. I do want to try all the characters though to see what works best. Bandit was just an easier one to achieve. Axeman seems to be a solid choice.
I had a chance to try the game yesterday. Looks great, well polished, but.. the game makes me stressful. I cat't say it's hard but makes me stressful
Great game! Very fun and new champs released every 1-2 weeks 2 new champs at a time! Very well balanced and servers are very stable. Developers run tournaments with prizes and also stream live Twitch TV for new releases (prises too)
Hey all, I am new to these forums, ChaosProdigy showed them to me. I have been playing Champs for about a week now, and I have to say that I am in love. I have never gotten into Mobile games because they always seemed very casual and laid back. Champs is the first game that has really caught my eye and I have been playing it non-stop. Hah, I agree with you. I love the game, but I am indeed a bit afraid about it taking off well because of just how hardcore it is. I hope there's more players out there who can take it - this is definitely not farmville or candy crush. I have a lot of people playing against me forfeit after a few minutes for example. They forget that, really, you don't even have to win to earn Battle Points in the game. For the most part, the reward scales with time the match lasted. Only a tiny bit is rewarded for actually winning. Just try to have a good match and set up some fun kills and learn new strategies. You'll still get plenty of points to unlock next champs and will learn how to beat everyone eventually. And, please, you don't have to spend money to get better at the game. I've unlocked most of my units through battle points. It's nice to support devs though, or I suppose if you're really impatient.

Most recently we added the Reaper, a Tier 2 nuker who's able to revive defeated enemies on the battlefield as Thralls. This game is pretty cool, but it could be better. For one, the matchmaking system kind of blows. I still have all starter characters, with just one squire upgraded to a knight, yet I'm pitted against a player who has all tier 2 characters? Yay, fun... Guess I'm supposed to pull out my wallet at this point? The controls bug me. If I tap on a character, a grid to where he can move and where he can attack should automatically pop up. Then I could just tap a spot to move to or tap an emey to attack (basic attack). Not only would this eliminate the extra button presses it currently takes to perform such actions, but it would free up the overhead action menu a bit. With the move and basic attack buttons not on the overhead action menu, the two special attack buttons could be increased in size. This would all increase the speed and fluidity of game play. This is greatly needed, imo. I know, the move and basic attack buttons need to be seen because they are part of the energy system. Well, you could just put a couple of thin bars below the two special attack buttons that fill up, so it's still easy to see your progression of energy. If you wanted to get fancy, you could put a little green fire aura around a character when he's able to move, a yellow aura when he's able to attack, a red aura when he's able to use his first special ability, and a purple aura when he's ready to use his final ability. This game deserves a lot of praise, but the controls and matchmaking are just getting in he way of that praise.
