a good idea would be to give a promo code for this to someone so they could get it before and give impressions, hint hint nudge nudge nudge wink wink
Ya. The game looks polished, Pretty much what I expected, but I couldn't draw in that small space of pixels, haha (Yes, thatpixelart.. back their a few pages) But ya, first impressions it looks good, I wont be able to get it until i pick up an itunes giftcard, but it definitely does not look bad.
it definately looks polished, and looks pretty cool. graphics are good, and it seems very fun. is the touch responsive?
Touch is very responsive and it gets much more fun further on when you get better upgrades and it gets more hectic.
Glad you think it looks good. I'll get a video to showcase the later "rounds" as they are so much fun.
What part of "Dont have any iTunes money" at the moment do you not get! Your making it harder for me to wait -.- Haha, can't wait till the video though
Us too! We scheduled the release date for Sept. 11th, but we believe it would be out before then. The most accurate guess would be that it's approved Sept. 8th given the current review times for other games.
In the first update I think we will include a new enemy. Just having some trouble deciding what it will be. So far we have a flying enemy, such as a dragon or a distance enemy, like a spear thrower. Your suggestions are greatly welcomed. I'll add everything together and make a poll after release. So whacha got?
Kris, I think you should update Sparta: Lords of War with the 1.5 update before you update this, since people have been waiting so long for that to come out. It just wouldn't be right to update your newly submitted game frequently, and forget about the first one. People paid money for that one too.
They will both be worked on. We have seperate programmers working on the different updates. We were going to hold off until the 1.5 was done, but we are now considering releasing some of what he have now, which includes bug fixes, online leaderboards and achievements, weapon descriptions, changing weapons, better combat, and more.
Thinking something like the rock throwing giants from Lord of the Rings: Battle from Middle Earth 2? http://www.freakygaming.com/gallery/concept_art/lord_of_the_rings_-_battle_for_middle_earth_2/giant_with_club.jpg
it'd be nice if you released what you've got now for Sparta. Then you'd atleast have two or more weeks to get more done before the new update would be out.
Yes, I think that is what we will do then. But now we have stuff like Minigore taking 24 days in review without being approved.
