Good man. How can you run a successful business without milk?

  6. I actually think this is awesome. Good on the man! People who don't replace the milk are just as bad as those that don't replace the tissue in the toilet. It's rude and lazy. Such tasks take only a few minutes and build respect between employees.

This guy comes across as quite a reasonable man. The company is providing them free coffee and stuff after all.

Yeah, I tend to agree. Sure, it might seem petty, but rude and inconsiderate people are the last people I'd want working for me, regardless of how that manifests itself.

I'm a no nonsense kind of person so I can see where he's coming from. I have no tolerance for blatantly rude people and sometimes you have to take harsh measures to get what you need. If you're doing something that doesn't get results it's time to try something different. Good for him. I'd probably do something similar in his position.

I know he was tired an all... But why did he just refill it himself?

He said he would if someone notified him before going to the office. It doesn't seem to be an issue of his laziness.

This is completely understandable and totally reasonable. I work in a place where coffee creamers and milk are shared by everyone, and we too expect the last person who finishes the milk or cream, to replace it (especially milk, not particularly creamer). It is usually myself that replaces the creamers since I drink the most coffee (about 4 cups a day) and use the most resources for my coffee, such as creamer and sugar, and also that I have Food stamps. It is all an understanding that if the milk runs out, and you used it last, you go buy more. End of story. Don't f*ck with the milk.

This guy is actually much nicer than us, for all the resources are on HIS dime, we all have to pitch in for coffee and stuff. So I see nothing wrong with this.
