That bug has been in the game since day one i dont think it will ever be fixed but that shouldn't matter to the developer you already bought the game after all
Here you find what the dev wrote about this bug: http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=3726952&postcount=209 Good luck! @Jack: a bug is hard to fix if you have no idea about the reason, isnt it?
You are right i have no idea about the reason but i do know that i bought the game on day one and i still cant play it
About a dozen times it works for a bit untill i upgrade my ship its a shame tho the is exactly the type of game i like
Same My situation is the same. I've uninstalled a dozen or more times, and it still happens. To be fair, my memory is low, but it varies and still the same problem. It shouldn't make too much of a difference, it doesn't on my other apps. The reason for my post was specifics on what's happening so the developer can better pinpoint where the bug might be hiding.
Still wondering: How is it possible? A normal run to the top collecting every single item gives 17-20k (depending on the item distribution). For a few months there where a invisible barrier at 20k. Nobody was able to get over it. But now suddenly there are 2 scores over 25k! Is this just a very lucky item distribution, a secret way to get more points or cheating?
Bugfix Hey there, after being stuck with other projects for a veeeery long time, I finally managed to have a look at the Cavernaut code again. And I may have found a solution for that dreaded "loading screen freeze" bug that has, sadly, kept some of you from playing my game. So I'm reviving this thread with a call for volunteers: Anybody wants to help test the new version? Drop me a line ([email protected]) or reach out via twitter (@EinheitB), so I can invite you for a TestFlight. Cheers, Jan
I've actually been thinking about adding content to the game. But I really need this stupid bug out of the way first.

Hey cy@n, have another look - I already removed those extreme scores And hopefully I will find some time to come up with a way of verifying the other scores, and do the maths to find out what's really the maximum possible score.
