THE NETHERLANDS #2 ROGER-NL, Feb 13, 2017 Thanks for posting Slewis7, it's a puzzler so I had to try it, there was an article about it last week on TA so I knew it was coming. The game looks better on the Ipad than on the screenshots thank god, I like it, when you swipe down you go forward and when you swipe up you go back in time, because you have a given time to complete each level and every swipe fills up your clock meter, very interesting this game. I'm a little over halfway through the game and it has some super tricky puzzles. Looks gorgeous. AppUnwrapper Well-Known Member Oct 26, 2011 4,062 3 0 http://www.appunwrapper.com/escape-games/ #6 AppUnwrapper, Feb 13, 2017 I have a few gripes with it but overall yes. Very tricky turn-based game. It's very strict in that you have to complete it in a certain number of moves, and weird stuff can happen in chapter 2 and beyond. It's very user-friendly in that you're never forced to start over from scratch. Just rewind even if a man dies or you run out of moves, etc. Reminds me of Snakebird in that regard, as most puzzle games even with an undo button are not so forgiving about death. y2kmp3 Well-Known Member Jun 25, 2010 1,784 3 38 #7 y2kmp3, Feb 13, 2017 I just saw this game by chance on STEAM. I am pleasantly surprised that it also arrives on the iOS so soon. Fantastic! No iCloud, though. sugimulm Well-Known Member Aug 28, 2010 2,457 46 48 The last time zone for iOS game releases :( #9 sugimulm, Feb 13, 2017 Awesome! Sort of like sokeban doing the puzzle in the minimal number of moves. AppUnwrapper Well-Known Member Oct 26, 2011 4,062 3 0 http://www.appunwrapper.com/escape-games/ #13 AppUnwrapper, Feb 14, 2017 There is no timer. The clock is just a secondary/simplified move counter that I personally find easier to watch than the line on the bottom. slewis7 Well-Known Member Apr 6, 2011 3,768 41 48 Male Retired! It's taken me a long time to get my head around the time travel mechanics (I'm now up to Level 29 and I feel like I have some idea of how they work now) but I'm really enjoying it. If I do it later, it warps me way back. pluto6 Well-Known Member Jun 21, 2009 5,837 3 38 Military #20 pluto6, Feb 15, 2017 Playing on iPad Pro. Latest iOS. Won't let me progress thru the first level. Forces me to die, never gives me an opportunity to turn the tile. Hope this gets fixed. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
