Oh and one last thing, never be too afraid to fight the zombies that you know nothing about! Just remember that most are self explanatory and have their own strength and weaknesses that depends on your character build. Also, remember that whenever sh*t hits the fan, light a place or anything on fire and make the zombie run through it and your set to see them burn and die. P.S I am no pro, I just read some people experiences and took their lesson to become a decent survivor. P.S.S Never be afraid of anything except mooses...be very afraid of those doucebags and fire your gun if it gets close to you. Damn mooses
This game is sweet, equally strategic and brutal, I'm having a blast. I wish there was one more level of zoom (playing on iPhone 6s+), but all in all the depth here is really remarkable.
Did not activate hordes due to the fact how difficult they are at the beginning of the game, instead I use the debug menu to spawn a bunch of different creatures and try to kill them all without getting too much damage.Very fun game indeed! This, just like The Quest is a MASTERPIECE. Bethesda can go to hell now with their parody of fallout game in the AppStore, this, ladies and gentlemen,is much bigger and better than BOTH fallout 1 and 2 and i,as a non-hardcore-roguelike-game player (I've played WazHack but it was nothing compared to Nethack ports) ,got very hooked up with this game. Hope that more people will find out about this gem in the AppStore and support the one who ported this so we can get updates. One of the BEST iOS games of 2015,no joke!
Can't get into the gun store because of that stupid metal door? DRIVE THE MFING SWAT TRUCK THROUGH IT. Meep meeeeeeeeeeep
You can have more zoom if you change the tileset size. Just in general, the higher the number of the tileset size, the less zoom out you are.
No...there is another way, A BADASS WAY! All you need is just a brute of a hulk...let them punch you and presto! Your there!
Yeah, ow. No, thanks I found a new toy: a perfectly functional street roller. Now I just need some diesel and a hockey mask.
Remeber the time when I got to a Megastore and wreck some zeds with my "Elf"... I survived...but with marginal loot and with a damaged van that looks like it's going to crumble with just a single touch. However...I did killed 4 hulks, 4 zombie master, 30-40++ zombies, 2 spitters, 2 necromancer's (which was an utter b*tch to kill since they are together), 1 brute, 3 acid zombie. The end result was I exhausted all of my 22 rounds of shotgun ammo and did a number on my "Elf". All in all, I spotted a nearby small town and FOUND THE HOLY GRAIL! The Spetnaz Book Of Knife Technique which increases your cutting to 4. Useless unless....you have the god almighty combat knife! Which I have...whoop woop P.S I'm going to turn down zombie spawn to like 0.35 since it's crazy how many zombies were inside that one megastore. P.S.S All praise the king of weapons King Combat Knife and his queen, the book of Spetnaz Knife Technique!
Oh you mean "Dynamic Spawn" No...because it is kinda blatantly broken and I was told to avoid using it by the community since well...its albeit more unfair and not enjoyable to play. Unless you are a heartless no soul god who could handle such attrocities. Even with that, I would still recommend downing down the spawn rate under 0.50 since the number of zombies that spawn is highly unrealistic and is downright pure bullcrap. Especially the big building such as Megastore's, Regional School's and many more.
The aftermath of the DEATHMOBILE. If your wandering, my car is the bottom most. Quite damaged. In the inside yes, but at the front? Still holding steady. Ready for more clobbering P.S I felt guilty not being able to show you guys what I experience, so I was forced to use chrome tour load the picture P.S.S Another picture for the general layout of the car if you want to know. Bonus picture of my very bare base also!
Oh...that's just a trait I chose. It's the "Self Aware" trait. Kinda a waste if you have a limited amount of points.
Lol, this game is just...f*cking great, with all its convoluted controls (at least they seem that way initially) but the depth here is just ridiculous
Welcome to a true roguelike I roll my eyes extra hard every time TA announces another "roguelike," which usually ends up being a candy-coated GBA dungeon crawler. Boooo This is a real roguelike, and it is absolutely glorious.
This is the real game by the real author? Oh my god that's amazing.... Oh I am so happy. I was seriously debating killing myself this Christmas but now I'm not going to (no lie as sad as that is). I think I'll play this til the holidays are over, maybe I'll stay distracted til my lawyer returns and I get to have my kids back from my ex (in Canada your allowed to latterly kidnap kids if your dads loaded, more or less). Don't mind me, I'm gonna play dda on tablet.
Yes, it's a fantastic port of the real CDDA. Now that that's out of the way, DUUUUDE. Please don't kill yourself. Pm me if you need to talk, and I'll try to check in every few hours, k? Nobody is worth killing yourself over. If you do, then she forever gets to give only her side of the story to your kids. Don't let her win, dude. Stay alive and be a pain in her ass! ~andrew
