Real author? You mean by Kevin Granade? If so, no.
However, the real guy who you should thank is "cliffs" because his the one who actually ported the game to the iOS.

Though I dislike your suicidal tendency due to your emotions and your situation that I have no idea what's it's like. Don't, you will ruined our good name of this made in heaven game Cataclysm!

Instead of doing that, I propose doing something worth doing. If you see a zombie technician and you have a grenade. Try to active it and let the zombie snatch it away!

Bonus points if you get a collateral!

P.S Incoming picture of my improved "Elf" soon!
P.S.S I found the most interesting town ever, it's so small that there's only 5 zombies all together. NEW BASE!

It could stand the publicity of a review, for sure. I'd like to see Cliffs make some money from his hard work porting—and maybe he'll do another, if the sound IAP nets him enough cash.

I'd like to see Angband and DCSS, please :D

Hello there. The function of Bluetooth keyboard is done a few days ago. I will add auto-detection for BT keyboard in the next few days. The bug that player can't trade with NPC will be fixed, too. And an option in the "Settings" app for player to skip the introduction videos will be added. I will submit a new version once it's done. Beta testers will be needed then : ). Thank you all. See you in 2016.

My bro just hung himself over a similar issue. I got a deep network. If you are serious and need good council z, holler at me, I'll see what I can do.

    Thanks my friend....

Sorry about your bro, I shouldn't have wrote something like that no matter what my mindset, it was Very disrespectful to you and anyone else in the situation. Sorry my friend. I hope your doing better and I hope you slap your brother in the face for doing when you see him later.

I really haven't seen my kids in months and didn't get to see them today because the ex is pissed off that I don't have feelings for her so she has decided to bring it to a custody trial. Canada has some god awful laws when it comes to kids. Because she has custody she doesn't have to up them at all until the judge tells her too. Of course I can bring her to court before the trail for temporary custody and I am doing exactly that but the court system is so bloody slow is embarrassing. I spent everyday with my kids. I have a great job so I could work around them. She just won't up custody til court ordered (she wants revenge so bad she forgets that this is hurting the kids more then me, she also forgets that the judge is going to be so frickin mad at her).

She doesn't even let me call them. Calls the cops said I harassed and called every five minutes. (I swear on my kids never happened. I have no feelings for this girl at all and wish she would find a bf so she would leave me alone). My daughter called me anyway today (she's five) and told me she was up all night waiting for me to come back and snuggle in bed. I didn't show up so she was sad and didn't really feel like opening presents until she saw her hello kitty wrapping paper. Ex hung the phone up half way through convo, guess she was doing something other then watching the little kids. Heh. Im a big guy, workout, supervise, own house, none of that means dick I was reduced to a quivering mess. I cried my eyes out like a little baby. She just wanted to open her present and have it be her dad.... Damn they can really get a you eh? 5yo and a 3yo.

Thanks for he kind words fellers. I wrote that message and I kinda meant it as a compliment and half for real. I do apologize. I thought you guys were gonna jump all over me calling me names, attention whore (I didn't mean to be). I really didn't expect the nice response.... Thanks guys. Thanks a million.
(God I sound cheesy and on a web board to boot! Sad little man I am but god I have NEVER felt like this.

Okay lets ignore all that, mind busy time. Someone give me the history of this game. Like I know they did a kick starter and it's been around much longer then that but wasn't there like a big battle or flame war over it? I also want to support. Sound pack and anything else cause I could see this taking hours of toilet time. Oh yes, Android has a wild copy of DCSS on it. Search for "DCSS Trunk" with Google and download the android version with tiles. You'll love it. Need iOS version. Installed Marmalade SDK today, maybe I can distract myself with some horrible attempts at development. Goji works with it now supposedly and marmalade pulled a unity and now have their own 2dkit. Hah who knew all these guys would start gunning for 2D lol. So much differen then five years ago or so lol.

Thanks again guys. Thanks again eh.

Pretty unlikely that they will. It seems that Pixel Dungeon is around the limit of complexity that will warrant a review on this site. And this is several magnitudes beyond that.

Could be a good thing, as it would inevitably lead to a flood of one star reviews after a ton of people can't get past the character creation screen. I won't say that navigating the menus in CDDA is particularly enjoyable on any platform though :D

Because there's a couple of people here asking about DCSS, I will say that it it already seems to be technically possible to run it locally, with a touch UI overlay, so long as you have mac with Xcode 7 and iOS 8+. No jailbreak required.

A few weeks ago I was doing a search for this and stumbled across this:

    https://crawl.develz.org/tavern/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=18043

Which then led me to this:

    http://www.libretro.com/index.php/in-the-run-up-to-retroarch-1-1-whats-new-pt-5/

Now there does seem to be some issues for running RetroArch on iOS 9:

    https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/issues/2213

    https://github.com/libretro/RetroArch/issues/2214

But they to appear to be potentially resolved in later builds, or at least a workarounds exists as per the threads.

To be honest I haven't attempted it yet myself, even though it seems to require minimal effort. I guess I'm derailing my own thread with this post, but if anyone has gone down this route please share, as there's no way I can start a separate thread given that it's not available on the Store.

Fyi guys you can play DCSS on iOS right now by aiming an SSH client at one of the crawl web servers. It's not optimal, but as long as you have internet access and enjoy a face full o' ASCII, you'll do just fine.

On the topic of ASCII roguelikes on iPhone, I wrote up a little guide on running brogue on iPhone here:

    http://forums.toucharcade.com/showpost.php?p=3759361&postcount=125

Thought I'd share here because I know a lot of you would be interested in Brogue as well and it's not widely known that it can run on iPhone without jailbreak.

Back on the topic of CDDA, I'd love some on-screen controls as an alternative option to the d-pad. I've gotten so used to it in Brogue that I think it would be great here too (with a similar scheme), but of course as an option for those that want it. The d-pad gets a little crampy after a while. Especially on iPhone.

The ability to to customise the location and size of the d-pad will also be good alternative but I think that's coming already in the next update?

Can anyone help me?I have no idea how to use "attached weapons" such as underslung shotgun or M203.
I load my underslung shotgun with certain ammo but I'm not able to shoot with it when I use my rifle,it only shoots regular rifle ammo. What do I do?

I'm going to be handling the review for this. Whoever guessed it went unreviewed so far because of the holiday logjam wins the kewpie doll. I'm sorry about that, but there's only so much time in a day, even less on holidays when you have kids, and I didn't think it was appropriate to rush things.
