I would guess they weren't designed that way, but who knows. The "crazy" way in 36 is very cool! But I would call the trapdoor way a glitch/bug that should probably go on a list of things to fix. And the same goes for level 38.

Game Impressions I picked this game up while it was free, and all I have to say is wow. Two whole days spent on this so far, and it's just amazing fun! Improving by one or two points at a time is surprisingly rewarding, and making a huge leap via an alternate method is fantastic. I spent a good hour on level 43, surface tension, and got myself to 539. Slight pixel movements making huge differences can be a pain though =\ The only level I'm really having trouble with is the ominous level 22. I've managed a 491 score, but I'm curious as to how to approach a 600+ feat. It's crazy seeing the top of the leaderboards constantly getting higher--especially that 30 or so point gain to overtake numberfive again, over the past day =D 30,884 and counting! Hopefully I can get to the top of the Canadian leaderboard soon!
Welcome to TA Paper Plate! It is good to see all of these new Cat Physics players joining up. The leaderboard has been on fire over the past couple of weeks. But I don't know how much higher the high scores are going to go. I just made it to 32206, and I know of various points I can get, but I don't know if we might start maxing out around 32300 or less. Nice score on surface tension. I still only have a 535 on that level -- one of me least favorite. Ah, level 22. The trapdoors! If you haven't figured it out already, send me a PM and I'll drop you a hint to see if you can't figure it out.
Yeah, the leaderboards are insane. Just overnight I drop 5-7 spots. I can't imagine what its like battling for first! The scores oughta be maxing out sooner or later, though. Here's hoping new levels are to be added or even a sequel down the road. This is the first app thus far that has kept my attention for as long as it has. Sent you a PM, hopefully you can help get my score rising again

I think that one is becoming commonplace at this point, however, I don't want to post any hints in this thread to protect the innocents that would rather not have any spoilers. As far as other crazy stuff, we can see what we can do. Though you'll have to be a bit more specific as to what you are looking for (e.g. what level?). If I keep dropping these hints, then I'm going to end up in last place! Oh, and welcome to TA! I think this thread has seen the largest number of first posts. Very cool!
I was almost there before I got the help! I thought that some of the methods were possible, but had absolutely no clue how to do them.
Posting so that (current) top 3 in Canada are in the same thread. Deborah, our brief back-and-forth at #1 in Canada was fun. Obviously somebody coming up would figure out the trapdoor thing and blow us away by several hundred in short order. Good work PP. I have no clue how to do the trapdoor stuff. Can someone tell me if there is some kind of "trick" to A Matter of Angles? I currently only have 603 and there seems to be infinite combination of possibilities. Thanks!
Aw man, now I feel bad I was just closing in, then the trapdoors gave me hundreds of points and surpassed both of you. Hopefully if you guys get it, it could turn out to be a 3 person race for 1st, and that would be grand fun, and a more fair battle to be honest. Good luck!
