In general, a catapult behaves differently after it has just been launched. Could it be that the 621 only occurs when the catapult has just been launched before? Top 3, what do you think? PS: only 305 hrs...
When I got my 621, it was after an hour and a half of straight through launching and relaunching. Many 620's before the 621. Whatever the underlying cause of 621, there is a slight deflection difference off of the catapult that has the ball arrive a fraction lower at the cat for a 621 versus the 620.
