Not to bring another game to this thread, (but I will anyway ) how is the solution sharing any different from Casey's Contraptions? I don't remember that getting the criticism.
Hey, cjsbug! I didn't realize you followed the CP forum. I'm not sure about CC as I've never played the game. My guess is that most people don't care about sharing solutions. It is just the small percentage of folks, like myself, that would rather compete on the leaderboards without others being able to freely view my solutions. Granted, in iBM2, it isn't necessarily free, but still. However, if you have followed the CP thread long enough, then you know that a lot of us have shared pretty much every solution at one point or another. I don't mind that, in fact, I loved all of the trading, etc. I'm just not a fan of an anonymous person being able to get my solution at any point in time.
Yeah, I lurk here on the CP thread every now and then. I think I picked up CP quite awhile after release, so I've got some catching up to do and you all are so far beyond me. Regarding iBM2, I agree with you actually. I was one of my first concerns during beta testing. I'll just make it a goal of mine to finish without using any coins. I'm currently #17 out of 9000, so I need to finish. Anyway, I don't want to drag this thread too much off topic.

We have all bought many games mentioned in this forums thread. So I feel we all are a benefit to the app store, game developers, and the TA forum. Thank you TA and dg.
Yeah, like Erik said, you shouldn't worry about it as this thread has been off-topic for a long time! The sharing of solutions is a really cool feature! In fact, when I first read about it right before iBM2 released, I was stoked. But that was because I thought it meant a sharing system for "friends". IOW, I thought it was going to be a simple way for me to share my solutions with the people I wanted to. In CP, we share solutions, but it means posting screen shots, or emailing each other. So an in-game solution sharing system sounded cool. So did you say anything about the solution sharing system in the beta? I'm curious because the dev seems to be avoiding any and all questions regarding the sharing system. I'm chalking that up to the fact that they are probably swamped with the release. But I do get the feeling that the sharing system is here to stay, and that there won't be any way to lock people out.
