It is simply back to front, both for 10 oclock as well as 2 oclock arrows.

In my ss:
In the second pair of arrows, the 2 o clock is dominant
In 5th pair of arrows, 11 o clock is dominant
In last pair of arrows, bottom arrow is dominant.
Is that right?

E: I also didnt move the middle 11 o clock arrow...

The arrangement is quite similar to 502. Use the arrows from the back one to the front one as you move along the path.

 

For those of you who haven't found 632 on level 37 Under the Mushroom, here is my analysis.

First get the correct arrow positions.

When you start playing you launch when the 3rd bar from the right is highest. If you do this well, the ball slows down and gets a shorter curve.

However, after approximately 5 minutes the pattern of the snake suddenly changes slightly. I am not sure what happens, maybe the speed increases or the bars change in shape, whatever. Anyway, now you suddenly have to launch when the 4th bar from the right is highest. It is only after this change that you can score 632. Good luck!
