no its mine this time if they dont get the lvls 6 hours ahead of us again had i played those 6 hours I would be ahead of lo right now im just now at 1 hour 6min and 14 seconds on the new lvls but that day i could have played all 6 hours so i would be at about 59765 by now easy

Erik, you're a cool dude. While CP is a great game, there are a ton of people on here that make it even better. So cheers to the cool people... you know who you are. And #%*@ to those that aren't (excuse my french). Sorry, I couldn't resist the pun.
you know what it is what it is none of us would be where we are without some help so im gonna stop bashing the french not to say i agree with everything but it does make the game to stressful so congrats to everyone on hitting 59726 today bottom line is it is an accumulation of all the points everyone has found granted wiz and lo found a bunch but even they would not be that high without help so to look at lo s score in a different way congrats to all that share and contribute i bet the the developers of this game never thought that score or any of ours would ever be possible we all crushed the test device in an hour so we all shared in the glory of these great scores
Howdy all, and happy fathers day (especially to you Erik!) - new to the board and have been playing CP for a while (screen name ksutom) 10-USA and 108-WW top score 58265, so far. My wife doesn't get how cool this game is, most addictive thing I've ever played. I am nowhere near the ballpark you all are in, but perhaps one day I will be there. Is there any way to get other tips on CP aside from skimming through all 920+ threads? tia

i have been a cp slacker so i'm afraid my opinion doesn't matter much nowadays, but here it is anyway. people play the game by their OWN rules. you can't expect others to follow the same rules that you do which aren't there in the first place. otherwise, you'll just set yourself up for disappointment. not everyone sees things the same way so just make the best with what you can from this great game. nobody has gotten this far without help, that's true. but help has always been given, returned or made public. i don't think anybody has stolen points. and there can't be cheating because there are NO RULES. and sharing, oh yes sharing, was never part of the rules. why? becacuse there are NO RULES. and because there are no rules, everyone is free to feel as they feel, to think as they think, to do as they do, and to say what they want to say. i only wish for everyone to look past all the distractions (the leaderboard being the biggest one) and enjoy the game. for the senior players, you do remember how things were when you got hooked, don't you? if you can tap into that happy place again, maybe you can get rid of some unwanted stress. cheers
Hey Oggy, I have to respectfully disagree. There may be no rules in something such as playing this game, but anytime you have individuals interacting with one another people will always have "etiquette" rules which are not written down but generally followed by people that truly care about other people. We all have expectations of other peoples behavior, and to a lot of people the desire to dominate, avoid open communication, and showing a lack of give and take has rubbed them the wrong way. Rules or no rules, common courtesy dictates.
