Hi Kenny I completed this level last week and it definitely gently brushes the first bar. I got it quite quickly in the end by focussing on the bars as they hit the top of the screen and releasing the ball when the third and second last hit the top. You won't notice the ball hitting as there is no White puff circle so let it run. Keep trying and you will get it though it may take a while.
It was 3rd or 4th you were hoping to hit after several hours try I gave up on the timing and just launched blind, and got it in 5 min so don't know which one it hit lol, and I'm sure I did this as someone else did it too mrs e maybe ?? It took me 20 hours to hit 639 lat time but have hit 639 three times in last twenty min 638 about 5 times and 637 a bunch too do close I can smell it
