Correct, slide the 11 o'clock arrow over to the right to glitch the trap door and slide it back.

You have a little fudge room because there is more than one correct position with that arrow at the cat.

Also, if you compare the 11 o'clock arrow at the bottom to the 11 o'clock arrow at the top, the bottom arrow should be the overlapping arrow.
