This kind of randomness is acceptable. level 47 AMOA is also the same. I doubt there are more points in levels with shredders.
I'm curious that how you know some technical detail such as changing integer number to floating number? You know some guy in Donut games?

Dennis, aren't you the IA master? Somebody sent me a screenshot of #23 639 with a different path where the ball just drops down the ramp. There should be more! But nobody wants to try.

Mechanic wonders has always stricken me. The x13 path is all but optimal. I scanned through almost every pixel and could not find more. But this was also the case for the bridge where I found x44 after two or three hours. Wonder if there is such a sweet spot for MW which nobody found so far.
I agree that the path isn't the most optimal, but I would be very surprised if there was another point or two on MW. I think the issue with that level, that limits its potential, is the fact that the ball follows a fixed trajectory from the time it leaves the starting cat's tail. If there were a second arrow, then the level might become more interesting. But there are only so many places you can put that single arrow. I have tried putting the arrow near the starting cat and the launcher, and I have gotten the ball to make it to the final cat, but always with a much lower score. EDIT: I should note that I have been surprised on many levels, though!
Well it's nice that you guys (Mike, Dennis, Erik) have the time to spend looking for unknown points! I am condemned to play one level unceasingly until I find my known missing htgo point. Yesterday I gave it a lot of my time and hit 650 twice, 649, 648, 647 and lots of 600's. So close yet so far... Can I ship my iPhone to any of you "I got all the points" guys? Just ship it back after you get the point and I will be forever in your debt. Okay back at it, a hundred more launches before bed.
