Hi nichos! I have a score of 617 for that level, and as far as im concerned you need the ball to slightly clip the rock before going onto the lever thing, and getting as tight as path as possible. As for the other 3 points, lets hope some others help us out!
Yes you need to sort of glide over the rock changing the trajectory. In addition to that, the ball also slightly touches the red thing at the flipper. Good luck, it takes a few tries to get it. P

I found on that swirly you don't need to do the pinch thing between the first two shredders., and gimp suits all used better that way to slip in and out of
