I knew you'd end up with a higher score after I told you how I was doing it. I'm still at a 486 for level 39, but I know that at least one person has a 489.
Yes, it is slightly different with the use of the RIGHT facing arrows. The key really is getting that elevation AND using that RIGHT facing arrow at the end of the vertical chute. I'll make that modification myself later and see what I can do.
I'm on 741 using the portal technique but I'm trying to just fire the ball upwards and force it through the door. Don't know whether that will net more or (probably) less points though and don't know whether open or closed door is better.
Slightly more than that is possible Also, I cracked 32,200 today (#8). There are ~75 points that I know of that I'm missing, but after that I'm stumped! mikeg at 32,400 is just insane. That means I'm missing at least 4 points per level on average!
Just made it to that number today with a few tweaks to level 39 -- thanks Deborah for the pics, because using the right-facing arrows to get more loft really did help! But don't tell me there are more points on level 50. I'm at 744, and I tried for a brief bit to get 745 without success. So that means there is at least a 746 or possibly a 747. Hmm, I'll play around with it some more.
