I've hit for 656 at least 10 times and 657 about 5 times. I just can't squeeze out that last point. I get the arrow placement correct more than 50% of the time too!
Is that using your arrow slowing technique or Wiz's arrow slowing technique? I wondered if that was a factor so I am trying to use his now, although yours is easier but I think the ball releases more slowly so that may be why
I use the arrows just as u guys do (also slowing down the ball), but i cant get over 633 how can that be?
I started with mine and couldn't break 655. Switched to mikeg's arrows and Wiz's slow down technique, couldn't break 656. Switched to Wiz's arrows (bottom arrow is one pixel higher) and his slow down technique and I cant break 657. It's just puzzling as everyone always had 655 or 658. Not sure why I get these other scores.
i have tried a lot also with my screenshot and before 658 ,4 days ago only, i had 655 2 times and 657 2 times and a lot of times the ball enter (or not) the trap but went far from the tail! 647 at 61! but mike have more than me!
Yeah things happen I copied Wiz's arrows and got 658 on the first try I have since launched #4 about 2000 times and cannot get the xx5 point!
That level is a pain. That's one of the points I'm missing. There's no nice point of reference that I've found to move the arrow to after you open the trapdoor. How are you placing it correctly so many times?
Permanent marker pen dots on my screen use a sharpie does a dot about size of a pixel well that's my method
I have a screen of somebody who got the x45 without opening the door. Also Mike was so kind as to point me in the vague direction of how to proceed with the trap already opened. Neither way has been successful so far.
Woah, how would you even do it without opening the door. I assume you mean he opened during the actual run, and didn't use the glitch, right? That's impressive, because I didn't think you could score that high without glitching the door first.
I also didn't think it's possible to do the 545 without opening the door?! Anyway, somebody gave me the screenshot of the 545-after-opening-the-door-solution. Since then I tried it many times, and I'm 100% sure I put the arrow exactly in the same place, but no success!! Which makes me wonder: maybe it also matters HOW you open the door? Left-side of the button, right-side of the button, center of the button? Would make it even more difficult... Timeconsuming level, and all this for 1 point!
No kidding! I've been trying to get that 502 on Down the Drain, and that level is a huge pain. I keep nailing 501 no matter what I do. I was starting to wonder if it is worth 1 point.
