I've been logging in daily as well, but thought I got it more than once... Hmmm. Maybe you still have to choose the right box on the 7th day?
There are always two boxes with gems to choose, so yeah maybe one has to be extra lucky on the seventh day and choose the right one.
For those of you tempted by CastleStorm’s gameplay, but intimidated by the f2p model, here is a way to enjoy the game fully, real world expenditure or not: 1. Work your way, slowly, painstakingly, up to 80 crystals. (Buying the VIP package is a way to do this fairly quickly, and rewarding Zen Studios for an excellent game while yer at it, without breaking most personal banks.) 2. Launch CastleStorm every day, so that your daily login reward steadily increases. 3. On day 7 (the final day before the login rewards reset, and the day when all login boosts, unlocks, upgrade price drops, gold and gem rewards are at their highest), unlock every additional login bonus box for 10 gems each, until you come across the 100 gem reward. Since there are 8 boxes to unlock, and each costs 10 gems to purchase, this process will always net you at least 20 additional crystals (and often far more, depending on at what point you come across the 100 gem reward). You will also, of course, gain all other boosts, gold rewards and price drops for unit upgrades you unlock in the process (which can make a drastic difference, especially when you can upgrade premium units for 10-20% of the normal upgrade cost). In this way, you can access all premium units, rooms, spells, projectiles and upgrades, as well as all content in additional campaigns, eventually. But still do SOME of the work, and perhaps throw some money Zen Studios’ way (something they deserve in particular for the very generous, if slow, potentially infinite gem income model described above). EDIT: Seems the gem cost of opening additional Day 7 boxes was changed just before or shortly after I typed this up. Perhaps not so intentionally generous after all
It's not just Day 7, but how it works for any of the Daily Rewards. First box is free 2nd and 3rd are 10 gems each 4th box is 30 gems 5th box is 40 gems Never went beyond that though. OTOH, they upped the "grand prize" to 160 gems, so assuming this works (it's roughly a 50/50 shot), you stand to gain a net of 70 gems. I'm guessing there's no way you'll get that many gems if you need to open all of them though
It's 64bit compatible. Best way to check without downloading is to see if a game had updates past February 7th, 2015. If it did then it has 64 bit encoding.
