Yeah, it's now available in the US AppStore again. I picked up the VIP IAP. It appears this version of the game has 3 expansions and they can be purchased for 150 gems a piece. The Playstation version of the game has 2 expansions and they are $2.99 a piece. So if you want all the expansions it seems the VIP IAP is the way to go since it gives you gems on a regular basis.
Just downloaded it. Gameplay is fun so far and love the artwork. Hopefully the freemium aspect isn't too bad because this looks like it could be good!
The game is absolutely amazing; will leave details imps later. I knew I should have tried it awhile ago on the PC. ^.^ It's basically castle defense but totally unique. There's tons of levels, upgrades, units. You unlock Hero's to use on the battlefield as well, and you control those hereo's. From running left & right to attacking / using your shield. The iap is totally fair as well. 5& for VIP which includes 100$ gems, plenty of gold, and no adds. It's a ton of fun considering some quests switch it up and you have to do all different objectives. Each map is based of a 3-star completion as well. You unlock all sorts of things the more stars you get ala bug hero's 2. You'll get faster food production (allows you to send out troops) more projective upgrades, faster & stronger projectiles. There's all sorta of projectiles to use, arrows, bombs, sheep (lol). Many units to send: knights, archers, sword men. Many hereos: a night, Mage, archer, forget the others. All in all the game is extremely polished.
Working all night and want to try when I get home and wake up....finish moving house...maybe one day I'll have time : (
Downloading now. Just hope this turns out ok because so far Warhammer and Baseball are two huge disappointments so not much this week to buy for me.
Ok I keep getting messages to fill up my equipment and spell slots, but I can't figure out how. It takes me to the menus but when I tap on the equipment etc nothing happens.
Tap on your projectiles, it'll give a check mark of it's equipped. Your just starting so you won't have a lot, maybe just the regular arrows and the spiked ball arrows. Having tons of fun! Why was Warhammer a dissapointment? I'm so stoked to play it at 11pm.
What's up with this game? I has 100 gems. I've played a few games and I noticed now I have only 45 gems! At no time dud the game inform me I has or was about to spend those gems? RIP OFF!! Please be warned everyone. Just playing I lost 65 correction 55 gemsgems!. Again RIP OFF. 1 star for this. I regret buying it will be sending in a ticket.
Found out I think what it was. Why on earth do they out the boosters in your inventory if you haven't bought them yet? That's sneaky and underhanded. I'll admit its my oversight but since gems cost real money they should give you a warning when you are about to use them. I don't like their underhandedness. Stinks of dishonesty. Can't lodge a ticket they have no ticket system that I could find only a forum.
Just a mistake sorry. So its 55 gems lost. Still its a lot. In the booster slot it doesn't indicate anything about gems. It just shows numbers under the boosters which you could easily think of as an inventory number not the gem cost of items. Obviously put there to trick users into buying gems. The game's not bad but I will be asking for a refund from Apple.
I want to buy the VIP pack as I like those but castle defense type of games arent really my thing....
