Spire Blast held my interest long enough to get mostly though the first release of levels, but I’ve only dropped back in once or twice since. This looks more like the 3D Crush the Castle clone I was hoping for. Jerutix likes this. Castle Crumble is supposed to launch with four worlds each with 60 levels. 240 levels with various power ups sounds like a great start The physics look beautiful in the trailer. This one might be hard to put down. Let’s see what happens. Spire Blast launched with 80 levels. There are now over 500 levels and iCloud works fine. The physics are much improved and it’s extremely addictive IMHO. Alex DeLargest likes this. A little Angry Birds-y, but satisfying physics and explosions. I don’t think I can play much longer than this in one sitting, but I’ll definitely continue to play in short bursts. Alex DeLargest Well-Known Member Dec 16, 2010 346 122 43 Male USA/France #6 Alex DeLargest, Feb 3, 2023 You’re right, the physics and explosions are so satisfying. All it needs now are some rainbows and Ode to Joy! So glad we have billions of transistors and teras of flops so that modern Angry Birds can have full modeled 3D destruction physics at 60fps. We’ve come a long way from Crush the Castle on an iPhone 2G. Alex DeLargest Well-Known Member Dec 16, 2010 346 122 43 Male USA/France #7 Alex DeLargest, Feb 3, 2023 Wish it was more difficult. Think I’ve replayed maybe one level out of 60 because I missed the three star. ste86uk Well-Known Member May 9, 2012 6,760 990 113 #8 ste86uk, Feb 8, 2023 Last edited: Feb 8, 2023 I come to it not really expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by this one. Liken others have said it’s not something I can see myself playing for long periods of time but a few short bursts here and there would be good and I’d be very happy with my purchase if I’d of bought this game. macplash Well-Known Member Apr 17, 2014 2,645 1,103 113 Male 3D artist Munich, Germany #9 macplash, May 10, 2023 Anyone else having trouble syncing progress between devices properly? Apple has “certified” their build. Hopeful for update tonight, or by the end of May. (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
