This is a really neat little puzzler I grabbed for free a few days ago - it's $1 now. To me it's sort of like mine sweeper, only in reverse. You can check the app's description for a better feel of what you do - http://appshopper.com/games/cassiopeia However, it claims each board has a unique solution, but twice now I'm pretty sure I've found a solution that the game won't accept. It's possible I'm missing the problem star, but I've gone over the boards several times from top to bottom. Frustrating to have to figure out which solution the game maker put in as the "good" one. Anybody else run up against this? I wish the game just went through and checked each number tile to see if the conditions are good (plus 10 stars are used) vs checking against a preset unique solution. Note, I'm not sure how it actually works in the code, but anecdotally it would appear it's just comparing against a known unique solution. If I screwed up and I'm just not seeing where I went wrong, then shame on me.
This is a decent game (got it free as well some time ago) If you want more, (as in infinate puzzles) get Puzzle Maniak, (where this is known as LightUp.) There is a standalone version of LightUp, and a lite version of the standalone version...
