ObsoleteOne Well-Known Member Jun 2, 2017 79 27 18 #4 ObsoleteOne, Aug 12, 2021 It's 100% playable offline. I mostly game while traveling, and at least half of the games on my iPad won't even launch without the internet despite being single-player. Drives me mad every time. Thanks. Roflcopter Ink Active Member Jul 2, 2015 28 5 3 Mobile game and app development Munich, Germany http://www.roflcopter.ink #10 Roflcopter Ink, Aug 13, 2021 @NonSoft On iOS 14+ tracking can only happen, if you actively accept the tracking request alert (which I haven't seen in the game so far). Without that, iOS won't provide the app with a unique identifier, required for tracking. anthony78 Well-Known Member Nov 13, 2015 3,126 703 113 #11 anthony78, Aug 13, 2021 Guess I need to play more. When I first started, I didn’t like it because it seemed there were no barriers to whether you use good guys or bad guys to attack. It just seemed a bit off. Maybe I was just imagining that. Some people start the game with the predisposition that blue = humans = good and red = orcs = bad, and that somehow blocks them from grasping what the game is trying to do. We tried to fix this with the intro comic and giving our Heroine more character but it's still not enough at times (I guess because most games are framed as us vs them). Currently, there is no way to restart progress in the campaign. I'm afraid even if you reinstall it might pick up progress from the cloud. There is a hidden hack that you can use to play the tutorial again but I don't want to disclose it publicly. PM me discord (ObsoleteOne#2693) or skype (obsolete_one) if you still need to know it. Perhaps, there is a video playthrough in the sixth post in this thread. We show tracking consent right at the first launch but there is an option in iOS settings to auto decline it which you probably have ON. Although iOS 14+ blocks ad networks from collecting your personal information so they can't figure out your age, tastes etc. But some information is still gathered and shared with the developer (in an anonymized way). I can see how many people play and for how many hours, or which percentage of players complete the tutorial regardless of iOS 14 consent given. Anyway, all those permissions and points in the privacy policy are nothing but bare necessities for running Unity Analytics, Unity Ads, and Game Center. I certainly do nothing to collect any additional info, don't run any servers etc. I'm pretty sure that every game that runs ads has similar requirements. houseofg, elcrazy and anthony78 like this. Must have just been my mood at the moment or something lol. Having a good time with it. Only played campaign so far. Excited to dig in further. Really great take on pyramid type solitaire game. For sure worth a try for anyone really. Update: Just tried draft mode and I love it. Haven’t tried random and puzzle mode looks like it will be added sometime this year. Fun game. You are definitely not alone in this. I'm afraid that there is not enough trust nowadays that the game that starts of shallow has actual depth worth exploring. On the other hand, most players on mobile aren't that savvy and for some, it really takes time before they get comfortable with the game mechanics. I often just want to pull my hair out when watching non-gamers trying out the game. And those players are really important to me. The big idea about this project is to get a casual player who plays 2048solitaire and somehow make them play a light CCG-style game without them even noticing the transition. I guess a lot of users here or CCG players were better off starting with Draft mode right away. elcrazy and houseofg like this.
