Welcome to the forum. I beat the game 2 or 3 days ago too. Those last few levels were crazy hard. I think I basically just got lucky . . . What kind of decks do you like? I've been using a 18 card deck with 16 creature. (Sandy/Rainbow). The only battles I'm struggling with are getting the stars for not loosing more than 10 hp. Most of the time I get one turn away from winning then the computer will purposely place a creature in an empty lane to do direct damage! It's really irritating and the only issue I ever have, well also the fact that if you go first they will just lay a creature down in a lane that you didn't and you fail. I found out if you play a creature with an attack over 30 they will block instead of focusing on attacking you.
Hey guys- ill take a look at these drops and see if there's anything not right going on. I appreciate seeing the comments, etc. it helps me be able to look at any potential issues quicker!
Who said Gunter wasn't 'already' a playable character. . . ? How could we forget Gunter! And yes more characters are on the way. Currently hard at work on Card Wars Parties and Festivals.
We've fixed this in 1.0.2. I keep saying it should be out any day, but now I have no idea- since its never taken this long for an update to get approved before. We are already at work on 1.0.4.

Yea I was really suprised at how fast I beat the game. I completed story mode and also 72 of the challenges by the 24th of February. I don't know why so many people were complaining about the stamina system I had no problem at all.
Thanks bud, I got most of the good cards from algebraic chests. I wouldn't do the random chest. I doubt you can even get algebraic cards from it. If I were you I would spend roughly 60 gems on the algebraic chest so you get 20 cards and increase your inventory to somewhere between 75-100. I'm at 100 right now and still need to increase to about 110 so I can aquire the sandy land card I so desperately want especially sandy! Right now I have a fair amount of creatures for the other landscapes but only 8 sandy land cards, sandwitch being the best. I have a pretty good amount of powerful blue plain cards but I only use them in my 4 landscape deck. What are your favorite cards? It would be great if there was a trade/ buy and sell auction section. I would love to use my coins to actually purchase cards but at the same time if multiplayer is coming I rather there not be a way to purchace or trade cards.
Also guys since there seem to be quite a few of us on here interested in the game to a certain degree I'm making a chat group in the app line. @Bmorefossil Really impressive deck bro. You have a ton more cards then I do. I took the attitude of "if I can't win in 10 or 12 turns, I'm not going to win" and kept the deck really small. . . I started thinking of the battle wheel like it was Mario Golf or something. Do any of you guys know where Mud Angel drops? That's definitely one of the most powerful cards in the game. . . My favorite card is probably Porcelain Guardian. I got it out of a 3 gem chest. I probably wouldn't craft the card, but I'm really happy I drew it. It has unique battle field animations. . . Those unique animations make the game even better to me. Seeing wandering bald man actually wander around is great. Porcelain Guardian is ten times cooler than the wandering bald man tho. Another one of my favorites is "Earl". He cost 3 magic, is a 10/5, and his floop is 1 magic "adjacent creatures gain +3 attack". The best time to play the card is when you have Dr Donut's ability ready to go (No defense)... I bring it out, floop it, kill the opposing creature, let Earl die, return him to my hand and repeat Earl has gotten me out of all kinds of jams. . . . I like other "adjacent" type cards too. Lime Slimey's are a mainstay in my Sandy deck.
Wait he's in there?? I have no idea since I couldn't find a hero list on Google and there's no card collection page Whether he's in or not, I look forward to finding him. My favorite weirdo / non-existent / really awesome character in Adventure Time. I still remember when he slapped the Vampire Daddy trying to suck his soul! I just requested characters because it didn't sound tooo difficult (I know it's not easy either). New cards usually take more work figuring out mechanics but the characters just need a special ability and their animations it seems like. And they don't necessarily need a voice though that would be great.
No your 100% right. I love having at least 2 or 3 creatures down on my first turn. That's why I fill my deck with as many cards that increase your magic points especially Witch way. I have to ask, how do you withstand the attacks once they have 2-3 creatures with 20+ attack using low cost creatures. I have a deck build specificly for what you are talking about, low cost high yield but it's so tricky once they have strong creatures on the field.
Glad to see someone else uses Line! That's probably my favorite messaging app I've ever used. It's popular everywhere except America basically.. go figure. Anyhow I'd love to join but I've been taking the game reeeaallyy slow and been bouncing back with this and Card City Wars so my thoughts would be useless lol.
I'm almost done with all 3 star challenges, after I'm done I have no means to get gems to opens chest, and since a lot of cards are not available for drop or crafting the only way for me to get them is spending real $$$. I would think a $4.00 game you would have access to everything, so my question is, what UP with that?
Yea I'm in the same position, but as promised there are more quests, stars and features coming soon but who knows what coming soon actually means. I will only be able to open 3 more chests once I get these remaining gems and like you said a lot of the cards I want I will be unable to get without having to pay for more gems. Some of the cards require a ton of cards just to forge and I'm not about to sell cards that I'm currently using right now just to do that. I feel if I'm to make a card first the nessicary cards needed should be obtainable from battles. None should require me to use gems to get certain cards. Also if I need to collect 10 of one card and 5 of another and so forth I should be able to store it somewhere so it's not interfering with the cards I'm using. At least have it so the cards in your deck do not count towards your inventory so I can at least try to make these cards without worrying about selling cards I much rather keep. There aren't any big flaws to the game but there sure are a bunch of little things I wish were different
SPOT ON!, doctor death took me roughly SIXTY CARDS to make pain the bleep bloop blop. Here's my list of things that are ridiculous. 1. heart system, come on 2. no multiplayer with a heart system implemented, come on 3. not everything is accessible, come on 4. how these lvl 4/5 chest drop spells,buildings, and rainbow cards only and there duplicated through most of the bosses, come on 5. once you completed a mission they don't have a way to keep track of what cards you gained from that battle to make crafting easier (lots of retracing for me to find where field of nightmares come from), COME ON 6. So many bugs and I have no bug cards(pun), field of nightmare is bugged, that uhh bluefield cat card is bugged when it uses it's ability, alvin fire is bug, to many to name, come on 7. a got a thousand problems but coins ain't one of them, a coin pack or single card shop make life easier for crafting 8. inventory had to spend 16 gems to gets my inventory enough to keep my good cards and crafting materials, doctor death took me roughly 60 cards total to make 9. other heroes are only obtains through alegebraic chest and there drop rate is the same as a lvl 5 drop 10. some cards look nice but you expect us to farm 9.99 million? that would take MONTHS I have a list of roughly 42 complaints but won' bore you with them, these are the main 10 i hope get's addressed soon
Hey soliuz I sent you a pm. Guys who have beat all of the challenges that require you to lose no more than 10 hp please let me know what deck you were using. The computer likes to make sure they damage me when they are a turn away from defeat and this happens everytime I'm about to beat them and get the star.
This is / was a mistake. So the 9 is definitely wrong. This has been updated in 1.0.4. Thanks to this community this will make the game more balanced - when it really matters.
