Card Shark Solitaire Deluxe (99 cents) supports the following games with a 3d, silky smooth drag-drop interface. Among other things, the game includes one of the best versions of Klondike in the App Store. Note that dragged stacks are automatically split after a drag drop gesture is complete, and that touching the foundation will auto-complete a game. - Beleaguered Castle - Blackjack - Calculation - Crazy Eights - Forty Thieves - Freecell - Golf - Hearts - Klondike - Memory Match - Royal Cotillion - Rummy - Speed Match - Spider Solitaire - Tripeaks - Video Draw Poker I'm giving away a batch of 10 promo codes for the recent 4.3 update. Please post here if you take one. I encourage folk to rate the app on itunes, and/or send suggestions for further improvements to me through the support site ("More Info" button) or the handy "Contact Author" button. 7JRARNEF4HKE EHTEEYH9363M AYT9TXR4WHML MKTLA66H73NH XXM36KRFNWR4 NAFYT4T394N4 FW36HY4X44NW 6AXRKR999WME 9PHXWX7LHRPF R4TH7YJL7MAY
I got AYT9TXR4WHML, the two above it were gone. Thanks for the code! This looks like a great all-in-one card app!
Thanks for the code Stroffolono, the collection of card games put into this app are pretty nice. I was very impressed with the Tri-peaks especially and all the options. I would suggest that you add some background music options to the game, way to quiet right now. Everything else seems pretty well done for the most part but adding even more sure wouldn't hurt. I would recommend for people into card games to check this package out.
I've had friends suggest that I'd be better off splitting Card Shark up into separate 99 cent games, and charging more for the (bundled) full version, but to me that would be a step backwards. There are plenty of things that could still be improved. For example, you can customize card back color, card faces, and table types, but there is not yet an option for using your photo library. Some folk prefer tap interfaces to drag-drop and/or portrait orientation to landscape; Card Shark was designed from the ground up to be landscape and drag drop. It's got unlimited undo/redo and makes use of the entire screen for gameplay. Users whose preferences align with the way Card Shark is presented will be happy. There's a lite version (with ugly default card faces, unfortunately) which gives a good sense of how the game works and plays. As for the games in Card Shark Deluxe (4.3) that aren't in the lite version, Hearts is beautifully presented, but the AI (as with other Hearts games in the App Store), is not particularly strong, yet. The betting interface in Draw Poker and Blackjack is currently limited to adding/removing one chip form the current bet, which makes using doubling strategies awkward. These are of course things I'd like to address in future revs. Rummy, Blackjack, and Golf are my personal favorites of the newer titles. There's tons of stuff still in the works, including new games, general UI improvements, and multiplayer support. In any event, here's a fresh batch of promo codes. Got MNAFKE9MA9M6, thank you for the code. Looks like a very full-featured solitaire game, I must say.
I put a thread in the main forum for some discussion, and some additional ideas. I think this is a great game, but there are some things that I would love to see. Thread is here
