Yep. UniWar does this splendidly, by indicating new turns in other martches with a small notification icon and an option to jump directly to that game from the current game.

I begin to get in the game, finally. Got beaten by the weakest AI, I have a question: how does the scoring of fields work? How should I invest into this? TIA.
When you place a farmer on a field it counts all grass touching that tile as your field. Every COMPLETED city touching your field gives you 3pts at the end of the game. The important thing to remember is that you aren't getting those meeple back, so using them early in the game means you have less of them to invest on roads and cities. However, if you see a field that has a few completed cities then make sure to claim it as you can focus on that field to make cities on so you get the normal points for completing a city AND the 3 pts from the farmer.
Speaking of farmers... I played the physical board game version of Carcassonne the other day and it had 4 points per city for the farmer instead of 3. Why was this changed for the iOS version? I don't think it was a bad change... just curious.
It wasn't changed for the iOS version; the four-point score was from the original boardgame rules, and the three-point score is from the newer revised ones.
Ok, I have been given a reprimand for posting web links on my posts, even though is relevant to the tournament. So a copy & paste below from my blog. Welcome to Round 1 of the 'Meeple' tournament, 21 players will be split into 7 leagues of 3 players each & you play 3 matches. 2 x 1 vs 1 matches & 1 x 3 player match.
